She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you.
