They did a great job on our septic installation--the work itself was professional and completed efficiently. However, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to unexpected charges. Before hiring them, we received several quotes, many of which clearly stated there would be additional charges if rock excavation was needed. I specifically asked Edward about this, and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem since he owned a rock chipper. Unfortunately, he failed to mention that using the chipper would incur a $175/hour fee. I was present during the installation, and this charge was never brought up until it appeared on the final bill. While we're happy with the quality of the work, clearer communication about potential costs would have made for a better experience. read more
