Haha. There is a separate area for dogs to exercise without running out in front of a vehicle or anything and getting hurt. I'd bet it'd be ok to take your pup around on the trail as your walk so long as your a responsible pet owner and cleans up after it should an accident be made. There are a few grills for use, and a gazebo in the event one of Arizona finest sunny, instantly pouring rain, then back to sunshine all within a short amount of time type of day. Plus there is actual restrooms on site and not just port-a-potties. There is a park keeper whom does a great job at keeping out park in great shape. He puts out the American Flags, and POW flags all along the parks edge during the days we are to be in remembrance of our fallen etc. There's a Basketball court available as well, or so there used to be. It wasn't used very much that I'm aware of so it might just be an empty area. So please use the park as it's meant to be and that way we'll all get to benefit from it for many years to come.
