Hard pass for kids with special needs. Not much flexibility for my youngest or another kid who was "too tall" for the littles section despite being on the spectrum. Staff is far too "letter of the law" rather than spirit of the law. If you enjoy getting scolded by someone who seems like they should be working for an HOA, this is your spot. Park Collective is a large indoor space in Prescott Valley that is free and open to the public. Walk inside to a large open, air-conditioned space! There is a good size sectioned play area for toddlers, a large playground for all ages, Plus coffee shop, and lots of different seating options (also inside is Heights church and Upside Preschool). This is such a cool space (pun intended ) and I wish we had one in Phoenix. Check it out on your way to Prescott, but honestly, I think it would be worth driving 90 minutes to let the kids play while I get caffeine and read for a few hours. read more

This is perfect for summer play dates! We loved it. The "staff" volunteers were so kind.

While I do love this park and have been coming here for years with my daughter since she was only 7-9 months. It has a party space you can rent out for a good price and amazing park and littles area. My issue is that my daughter keeps getting hurt by other kids and staff does little to nothing about the parents. Yes, I know and aware that the parents are suppose to parent, that's literally their job. But my daughter got tackled by an older kid today around noon today and the staff watching the area didn't express any concern whatsoever about a 7-10 year old tackling a 3 year old. This is the 4th time my daughter has gotten hurt with staff watching and not really doing anything about it unless I come up to them. Last time my daughter got her arm pulled by an adult, and I had to tell staff "hey this adult did this to my child" for them to even do anything. I love this park dearly, it's great to beat the heat or cold but they really do need to work on their staff and training when it comes to this type of situation. Because when the adults and kids get away with this stuff it kinda strays me away and not want my kid to be in potential danger again. read more

While on a road trip to Sedona, we stopped in Prescott to get gas and were looking for a place indoors to take our son to stretch his legs. At first we visited a local arcade, but he was too small to go in the play area. We checked Yelp for some alternatives and stumbled on the Park Collective. What a wonderful place, offering a free indoor haven for kids to play indoors safe from the elements like heat and rain. There are two separate areas, a play area for toddlers and a larger playground for the bigger rowdy kids. We were warmly welcomed by the employees/volunteers who gave us a brief tour of the play ground and the coffee shop. We spent about two hours letting my son have his fun while my wife and I enjoyed a mango smoothie and rested from our roadtrip coming from California. If we make another trip to Sedona, we will definitely consider coming back! read more

Are you kidding me that this place is FREE?!? We need one in the valley!! My kids (9, 5, and 2) had a blast on the play structures. There's lots to do. The zipline was a favorite. Love that there's a smaller area for the babies and toddlers. Everything seemed very clean, and the staff greeting people up front were friendly. Grabbed an iced mocha at the coffee counter and it was honestly one of the best I've had. Many seating options and WiFi for the parents, plus a party room for birthdays. My son said if we lived closer he would want to have his next party there. It's a win! read more

My kids, aged 2&4, had a lot of fun here. We were welcomed at the entrance and given a simple rule; no food or drink in the play area. They have a play area for smaller children. They also have a snack area that sells coffee and smoothies as well. Definitely recommend and would like to return next time we're in AZ. read more

This is an excellent indoor park, a great way to connect with the community and make new friends. I was so happy to see they were open on a Saturday at 8 AM AND the coffee shop was open!! NICE!! So I worked on my laptop while I drank some delicious coffee while my son played on the playground. The barista was so sweet and put extra love and care into my coffee, she was telling me how she managed the coffee shop at the other church and she also worked at Starbucks a while ago, she definitely has the experience of working in a coffee shop. My espresso shots were not coming out that well and so she made sure to go above and beyond and make sure they were coming out fresh. It was absolutely perfect. Also, the benches are neat, I've never seen benches like this anywhere, makes it kind of fun to do work on. lol I will definitely be coming here more often!! Great vibes here!!! read more

Such an amazing play place! There is a playground for toddlers and for bigger kids. There's also lots of seating areas for parents to sit and relax while watching their kids. Parents can even do work here and take turns supervising. Best of all it's air conditioned and there's a coffee shop. AND it's free to get in! I wish we had a place like this where I live. We are visiting my mother in law and this was the perfect place to get my toddler's energy out. This place is very clean and everyone is very nice here. Such a gem and a blessing! read more

This is the dumbest set up for an indoor playground. I'm from out of state visiting my parents with my severely autistic son. The area doesn't really have things for kids let alone kids with special needs. They suggested this place thinking it would be fun so my son wouldn't just be stuck indoors (it's difficult to bring him out because he difficult to control). We get here and I'm immediately put off by the fact the the doors are just WIDE open. With any indoor playplave I've been to they usually have gates blocking the exit out to ensure no child will just run out. Here any toddler could easily just run out into the parking lot and get hurt. Next as I tried my best to control my son as he ran around it turns out they have a ZIPLINE just smack dap in the middle, no gate surrounding it to stop the smaller ones from being right in the line of being seriously hurt by someone swinging by. I do my best to be my son's shadow but he's quick and I'm not. Since my son doesn't understand danger or have a sense of caution so of course he ran right in front of a kid swinging and was literally an inch away from getting his face kicked in. That's when I lost it and decided to pick him up and leave. I'm not upset about any of the children around him of course. I know my son is difficult and I know parents look at me weirdly for how I hover so closely so I'm already on edge whenever I try and let my son have a good time. It sucks that this place was built with 0 regard to children's safety and even less regard to kids who might be special needs. read more

Great place!! My 6, 4 and 1 1/2 year old had loads of fun! And the coffee was great! The place was clean and the staff was very kind!

To be honest with you we love this place my kids love it the only thing is I hope that they deep clean it often because my babies keep getting sick like hand foot and mouth disease but overall it is a safe place for kids and parents to take their little ones. read more
