One of the best things about the train is seeing all of the little towns along the tracks. One of my favorites is Mountain View. The train station is on the edge of a busy downtown street lined with shops, restaurants and interesting people. Step off the train and you're right in the heart of the action. There's plenty of parking and getting to either side of the tracks to access the north or southbound trains is super easy. The next time you're on the train, consider making a pit stop in Mountain View.

It was strangely quiet in the California Ave area, and I cruised around trying to get closer to where I wanted to be. I saw the garage at 350 Sherman, went in, and the spacious garage was barely 10% full. Free parking and hardly anyone here, what a deal! The place looks brand new, has charging stations, and is right behind California Ave, which is closed to traffic. Maybe next time I should check out the view on the upper level.

i've parked here a few times when catching a movie at the rwc century cinemas since it's just a…read morestone's throw from the theatre. given how difficult it's been to find parking in recent months/years, this is a welcome addition to downtown rwc. thank you box for moving to rwc! even though this parking structure is right across the street from theatre row, with the century cinemas, restaurants and shops, it doesn't really get that crowded (surprisingly!) so i prefer parking here vs jefferson parking garage or marshall parking garage. as with the other parking structures, parking fees are assessed based on the day of the week and time of day: monday-friday: 0500-1800, $0.25/hour, 1800-2300, $2.50/hour, 2300-0200, $0.25/hour saturday & sunday: $2.50/hour (all day) overnight (any day): $20 the first 1.5 hours are always free, and if you have validation from the movie theatre, the first 4 hours are free...enough for a 2 hour show and a meal!

It's pretty lively on weekends with lots of people walking around, students busking, families hanging out, there's a ping pong table, and it's nice that they close down part of the middle roadway so pedestrians can walk easier and much more willy nilly, as well as opportunities for al fresca dining. Food options that I saw were Japanese, Thai, Korean, Chinese (from many regions), Indian, Mexican, American, Mediterranean, and much more. I have enclosed the photos of different. They are beautiful and lovely . There are huge parking lots around the shops , free Wi Fi and public restrooms. In the morning it is quiet , many coffee shops and breakfast places are open . The sky is blue and the sun is not too much at 9 am . We got some nice breeze and 65 F outside . It is perfect . Enjoy the garden walk and the plants and landscape are lovely.

An entire year here and I literally see no one buying anything in any of the stores, regardless of the season. It feels very pretentious. Each store, each window has the same exact thing - no color, no life. Each store equally more expensive than the next. I have come to learn that the building owners sought a "vision" and pushed out previous stores here to have what it does now. Each store front pushes mute colors, I walk into a store $600 for the most boring top I have ever seen, and this carries on through each and every store here. Not to mention, a lot of the stores push concerning stereotypes and visions of women's bodies. There's a select few stores I love here, Outerknown (you are awesome) and Aesop, are what keeps me coming back - other than that, it's a sad shopping experience and I actually really enjoy shopping at a lot of malls. Sad, uninspiring. This mall is now pushing sad and concerning shopping and fashion culture. This is unrealistic, false expectation setting. It is deplorable.
