Many vendors and the merchandise are very cute . To my surprise, the prices are less than those in Santa Clara Arts show ( indoor building ) in another location . I took pictures for many vendors and I bought some cute items myself . They have this kind of Arts Fairs in Santana Row every month . WARNING: Huge backups just to get in or get out of this garage. The lines coming in merge with the lines headed out. This is a real horrific garage to try to park in, or to get your EV recharged. If you plan on supercharging your Tesla here, getting to the superchargers means that you get caught in the line of normal cars just trying to leave. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!! There is another lot to park in at Santana Row or just park at Valley Fair. Too bad Caltrain or BART does not get close to here.

Literally, every floor level is packed which made go all the way to the rooftop. It's very hectic here and just be careful navigating here. It would have been much easier if the paths aren't narrow, which is no wonder why it's all one-way. The good news is that you get the first 90 minutes for free parking and then $1 per 15 minutes ($4 per hour). Other than that, it's just quite hard navigating from here but at least you can go here for your convenience for walking distance from here to another place nearby.

There were maybe 200 or total spaces. The covered and semi-covered spaces were all taken, of course. A courtesy van was just leaving when we got there, and guess what? There were no others running. We had to wait for the driver's full round trip -- about half an hour -- before we were picked up for the drive to the terminal. On the good side, the driver was courteous, energetic, and nice. We will not use this lot again.

When driving to the lot, Look for Service King Body Shop signs. Pull into that lot and the parking is located toward the back. If traveling with multiple people, leave the people and the bags near the shuttle sign. Then self park and walk back - it seems to be a multi-purpose parking lot that wraps around an industrial building. I personally wouldn't want to be here alone at night - it didn't feel unsafe but did feel industrial. There's a small waiting room with an odd assortment of couches. Thankfully we didn't need to wait long for the shuttle to SJC. Our shuttle driver was friendly, helpful with bags, and safe. And the drive to SJC is only about 10 minutes. When we returned to SJC it took a few phone calls before we reached someone to request the return shuttle. So call early and leave a voice message if needed. They did call us back. Our return driver came within about 10 minutes, and brought us directly to our car, saving us some steps. We showed the driver our pre-paid receipt and we're able to drive off (no gate, no attendant to pass through/by). Our car was safe and our experience was positive overall. Would we park here again? Maybe. If traveling alone, I'd feel safer at a lot with an attendant and/or a valet option. If traveling with someone during day hours, this could work again.
