I was recently asked by a friend if I might recommend a mediator. The fourth sylable in the…read morequestion was drowned out by my immediately blurting out "Dina Haddad". My experience, several years ago, was wonderful. I found her reasonable, empathic and mostly....psychic! She warned my ex that enagaging an attorney would result in them looking at our home and putting a lien on it. My ex had issues with how things were going and ended up aborting mediation (Dina was our 2nd attempt). She engaged an attorney. Fast forward TWO FULL YEARS : $35,000 in liens from her attorney alone, and she got nothing more than she would have had she stuck with Dina to come to a settlement. Don't be short sighted - work to resolve as amacably as possible ( your grudge dies with you, as did my ex's) and a far less costly and more resonable resolution.

I'm not sure why it's so hard for a business to understand that one might not post under their real name. I had a horrible experience with Samira and wanted other people to understand that they may want to look elsewhere before coming to FFM. I was totally screwed here; my experience was very real despite it not being a 5-star review. My experience has costed me greatly - 5 years later (note: I logged back on because I noticed today that Samira continues to screw me over: something I explicitly asked to be put in my divorce agreement was left out and I didn't see that until just last week when I needed to verify information.) The absolutely worst thing I ever did - besides my marriage - was trust Samira. Listen, just proceed with caution and consider shopping elsewhere for help if you are in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a mediator or lawyer.

Going through a divorce with significant financial considerations, finding the right legal…read morerepresentation was extremely important to me. From the beginning, Audrey made a difficult and quite stressful situation feel more manageable. She represented me in a way that made me feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire process. Audrey took the time to listen to what mattered to me and helped me navigate decisions thoughtfully and calmly. She explained things clearly, kept me grounded when things felt overwhelming, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She was also extremely mindful of overall costs and gave me clear advice on paths that were more cost-efficient for me. Having someone who was both knowledgeable and genuinely attentive made a real difference. What I appreciated most was her balance of professionalism and empathy. She was responsive, detail-oriented, and steady, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time. I'm truly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend Audrey and Huey & Gamble Family Law to anyone looking for experienced and trustworthy representation during a divorce.

From day 1, I gave this woman no chance. I had already made up my mind that she was there to ensure my daughter was taken permanently from me. I argued with her, found fault in everything & anything she did, and I went as far as contacting airport security on her and making a bar complaint. Despite all this , she never wavered in her commitment to my daughter. She was there for her beyond any minors counsel that I've ever seen in Delinquency & dependency courts. She went above and beyond and it was not until after the case ended that I realized just how devoted she was. Keep in mind this woman was receiving payment at a reduced rate of $100 hourly, by the court as neither the dad or I could afford her typical fee which is at least 4x that amount! She's responsive , organized, and most importantly , Judges and other attorneys highly respect her. We went through 3 Judges during the course of the case and all of them clearly took her input at high consideration. From the 16 months in our case , I saw her skills. She knows family court well. Her rapport with the other attorneys brings advantage in getting cases negotiated or settled. Overall, if you are needing a family court attorney and your case is in family court , she is in the top 10% in this county, so you can't go wrong. And she is ethical. She has boundaries in place within reason but will not over-bill- even at her reduced rate I checked the billing summary and she was meticulous in her billing and fair . She's just a good person and that is coming from someone who gave her every reason to not be good to me, but she didn't retaliate or act unkind. That spoke to her character.

Greetings! I'm very…read morehappy to recommend this agency and Ken Spalasso, its Director/Mediator, to anyone who, just like me, may want to try to sue the rich... No matter how right you are, first ask Ken if it's worse trying to punish the one who is absolutely wrong. I can tell that it was too courageous of me to try, and it was also too dangerous. At the last moment, one day before the scheduled hearing, I realized that my family was in danger because of my "bravery". I asked Ken to help, and he did. The mediation happened, and my family could start to recover from all the horror we've been experiencing for about three months. Ken Spalasso is a wise, intelligent and kind person, whose approach to his business is least commercial but is rather soulful. Please, read a quote from his letter, sent to me in response to my words about seeing the world as something totally poisoned: "Sometimes when you have a scab or a cut, that was done to you by someone else, you have a choice. You can pick at the scab every day because it bothers you, or you can leave the scab alone and let it heal with time. It is very likely we may get hurt again in our lives, but how we react to those setbacks is what makes us who we are. You have chosen to leave this scab alone, and let it heal. Perhaps you may gain some insight down the road to avoid another scab. But either way, sometimes injustices happen to us. We can dwell on them or we can focus on getting back on the road to happiness". Yes, I feel like the road of happiness and Real Life are much better than the darkness of the war, especially if one knows there is No Way to Win. You think of it!

Nickel and dimes you for all small administrative happenings at the max lawyer hourly rate instead of utilizing support staff at a more fair hourly rate. Seemingly rounds up on time spent on simple email communications among everything else. Therefore sum of said charges was extremely expensive, contrary to promise of being quick and reasonable. My first lawyer said, "Due to the simple nature of the divorce, I may even get some of my initial retainer payment back. Took incredibly long time to dissolve marriage. Quietly discontinued counsel once marriage dissolved, instead of ensuring all financial equalization goes smoothly and all is finalized. Straight ignored any attempted correspondence after dissolution of marriage, related to delayed spousal support and equalization of finances. Im currently handling the still unresolved (3 years!) equalization of finances myself with my Ex spouses legal counsel who did not bounce as her attorney, before all concluded. Extremely pompous and arrogant. Unable to summarize and help me through the hurdles of disclosures, the MSA etc the entire way through. One of the worst experiences of my entire life, and by far the most expensive. Hire a mediation attorney and save your hard earned dough and your peace of mind.
