This law firm like many others has people (law clerks) call "potential clients" they are very eager when speaking to them. The problem is that if you are a potential client and you take the time to be interviewed by phone they may or may not accept your case. All they do is "refer you to another law firm" and this goes on and on. What they should be doing instead of wasting a "potential clients" time is to give that potential client some useful information regarding their case. This law firm was a waste of time for me as I was a "potential client" twice. They don't care about the stress they put one through and simply wash their hands off with "a referral to another attorney". Don't waste your time by being interviewed because they will give you no good advice at the end. They could change their platform and give a "potential client" advice since they are in the field of law. read more

I have recently contacted Tobener Law and I am so happy I did! Let me assure you, Toberner law is definitely the way to go! My situation was definitely a headache in the making. I had just signed a 1 year lease at an apartment complex that I believed was amazing and the right choice. Boy was I wrong! After moving in, I quickly realized that the Non Smoking and Pet Free insert in the lease was false. Not only were there cats and dogs everywhere (which I'm highly allergic too), my apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. During my initial walk through before I signed the lease, the sliding door and windows were opened. I thought nothing of it. During my move in, I left the windows open to let the dust from my furniture air out. It wasn't until 3-4 days after moving in that I closed my windows at night and during the day. As soon as I got home from work a huge wall of cigarette smell came pouring out of my apartment. I gave it a couple days to see if the smell would fade away but it didn't. As a chronic asthmatic I was waking up 2-3 times a night with asthma attacks. My apartment manager was far from understanding and cooperative. In order to get out of my lease she said I would be responsible for the rest of my term, which would have been $11,000.
