My name is Elaine Smith I wanted to say positive things about the staff at North Glen mountain view pain center I have had a situation going on where I've needed to constantly reschedule my appointments or not make them due to transportation issues they have always been understanding with me and they've always worked with me they've made sure that I've had transportation getting to and from and they don't give me a hard time when I can't make it or they need to reschedule me they've always been on top of it and they've always met my needs I wanted to give positive feedback especially on the girls that are the receptionists in front making appointments I don't know all of their names but every time I contact them by email which usually is not the best way to communicate they always make sure that they get back with me and meet my needs so I want to say thank you to all of you read more

Obviously, there are some VERY SERIOUS procedural issues with the Northglenn MVPC admin and billing department. I had already stopped seeing them, but my account was supposed to be on a payment plan - which I filled out the paperwork for twice. Then I start getting bills, so I called to try to pay. But no one ever answered the calls to the billing department. I left messages, used the prompt to call me back and tried staying on the line - no response! Then I started emailing - still no response. Finally, I get a response from the front office - not even the billing department but still without a contact name and they tell me that my account is in collections!?!? read more

I absolutely love this place! I have had my pain go from everyday and debilitating to managed and under control with the help of physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractor, trigger point injections, massage, Botox for my migraines, steroid shots for my bulging disc's, and medication that actually worked for my fibromyalgia, and no narcotics pushed for any of my pain. They don't push pills. They actually offer practical treatment that is working to reduce my pain and give me a body I can use again and not leave me bedridden like I was before. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pain. The front desk staff is also amazing! Along with all the doctors and staff I've interacted with. I am still currently a patient, and giving them one more chance until I switch pain management. I am about to have a lumbar fusion so am in need of pain management until then and most likely after. The MA's nor the Providers return phone calls EVER, and the front desk rarely calls you back, to get refills that I've needed because they've failed to call me back I've had to show up at their office just to get someone to respond to me. They've failed to get prior authorizations done for my prescriptions so 3 times I've had to pay out of pockets just because I can't be without, especially over a weekend. I've even tried switching providers within the office to see if the MA for a different provider would be more responsive, but that's a no go. I just don't think they require much of their PA's, MA's or Front Desk people. It's pretty sad. read more

This facility helped me for almost two years, then my pain management specialist moved into a different position and I was placed with a different pain management specialist. She was so terrible, not correctly prescribing medication for my migraines by not responding to information from both my insurance company and my pharmacy. She did nothing, therefore, I didn't get the medication I desperately needed for my migraines. I had to reschedule several appointments due to severe headaches and my inability to go out in the sunlight and travel. She had the nerve to report that I missed several appointments and they stopped prescriptions for my pain medication. Also, the chiropractor there wouldn't try to adjust my back stating I was too tight, even following physical therapy where they expected me to use their rolling massage table, but I couldn't because it was so very painful on my back. I finally said screw this and quit going. Several months later I tried a different location and was told by the pain management specialist that they wouldn't treat my pain because I had missed too many appointments! They also said I had a $40 copay for acupuncture when my insurance covers twenty treatments per year. They told me I needed to talk to my insurance company, which I had already done. So I said no way, and walked away from Mountain View Pain Center for good. Their doctor who administered nerve block injections caused me great pain, and I was so much worse following his injections. They wanted me to let him inject into my left hip, and I said absolutely not! My PCP did the injection, and it was painless and effective. Please don't rely on these people when you need proper pain management, because you will not find it here. Very scary and dangerous situation. They are incompetent and not capable of handling a severe back issue like mine. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! DF read more

Absolutely awful experience! This place never answers the phone so when I called multiple times and left voicemails to cancel my appointment they still charged me multiple times and never received a call back. They are not here to fix the root of your problem they are simply here to keep putting bandaids on your problem and overcharge you for it. I went to a specialist that said I needed surgery and that what they were doing was actually making my issue worse. They constantly request for you to come in to schedule things so they can charge you for the appointment that could have all been handled over the phone. I would avoid at all coasts. Horrible communication between office staff and doctors. Both are very inexperienced. Wanted to perform three procedures on me that were not relevant to my case. Asked me if it was alright if they took a urine sample which I assumed would be covered under my office visit/co-pay and received a $1500 bill for the test. I was advised not to pay said bill because "Genotox doesn't send unpaid bills to collections." Received no care, only a huge headache, bills and setbacks in my care. read more

If I could have selected zero stars I would have. My error was that I trusted the people who claimed to be professionals. Because they had letters after their names, I assumed that they knew what was best for me and would do what was in my best interest. That was completely my fault. I went along with all recommended treatment plans even though I was not improving. They happily exhausted my insurance. When I started to ask questions and said I felt like I was being defrauded, rather than address my concerns with me in a professional manner, they responded by dropping me as a patient and then attempting to slander me by saying that I demanded opioids. There have been countless negative consequences for me because I chose Mountainview Pain Center, including losing my job. Please stay away from this place. It is an injection mill. PERIOD! read more

I suffer from chronic back pain. Finding Mountain View Pain Center was a God send. I've had chiropractic and massage work done here and my pain level has dropped dramatically. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough for helping me. read more
