When I called your company this morning, I was met by a man with a belligerent tone and told my request wasn't worth his time. When I tried to explain my situation (an irresponsible driver hit my lawn and took out a tree and three shrubs) I was rudely interrupted and told, "you're just looking money. I'm going to say a hard pass on your request," and hung up on me. Unprofessional and repugnant behavior. Do better BJ Tree Service and train people how to triage a call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TREE SERVICE!!!!

The estimator came at the appointed time, walked the property with us and made note of what we wanted. The estimate was provided via text & email before he pulled out of our driveway. Accepting the estimate and paying the deposit couldn't have been easier. The 4 guys who came to do the work shortly thereafter walked the property with us and were careful to understand exactly what we wanted. They were knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done as we wanted, and they checked in with us during the process to make sure we were satisfied. They cleaned everything up well. The communication between me, as the client, with office staff and the workers went without a blip. Brian Vaughn informed me of some promotions that the company posted on Facebook that I had not been aware of. Vaughn's removed some very large trees/ bulbous roots professionally and in the time we contracted. A five star review doesn't seem adequate. I am very pleased and heartily recommend Vaughn's.
