I gave him a second chance, but then he texted to say his vehicle broke down, he stated even though we have a small job, he still wanted our business, I rescheduled with him again for two days later, he stated that worked, then never showed, nor replied. Very disappointed. It could be he's overwhelmed, so maybe he needs time to get his business tightened up.
