I initially took my daughter here for a second opinion on something, and I was so impressed by Doctor H and his staff that I decided to go with them for my daughters minor procedure. I'm so so glad i found this Dental office. Dr.Bagly and his staff are kind friendly and welcoming. His practice is bright open and clean, he can serve several clients at the same time and or a large family with multiple with out having to split them up. I have gone to several Doctors on the Valley none would do more then a cleaning for my son. They were afraid to work on him Bc I'd god Spinal Muscular atrophy. It was starting to feel like medical negligence by discrimination. This Dental office is Special needs friendly, they have the patience to give your child time to adapt to what's happening to them. my kids have been going to this office for 2 years now, dr and staff are amazing. Daeland daylee..? not sure if I got her name right but she's AWESOME my 3 yr old son is currently going through diagnosis for autism and she was so patient caring and kind she was attentive to him and getting him toys so he could calm down she was also interacting with the other kids in the office that wasn't her patient getting them toys. best pediactric dentistry Staff is awesome. read more

I absolutely love Dr. Tate and his team. My daughter was in need of some serious dental work and I struggled to find someone who would accept Medicaid. Dr. Tate and Karissa were both very kind, thorough in their evaluation of her needs, and immediately scheduled my child to receive care. Today she received her service and they were nothing short of amazing. They made sure my child was comfortable. They talked to her through the process to keep her calm. They are very nurturing. Please make sure you check with your insurance before you go to this dentistry. I had made an appointment 10 days prior to the visit and the lady had me email them my insurance card and she told me on the phone that she will text me or call me if my insurance will not cover the services. I never received a call or text. On the day of the appointment I handed her the insurance card again and driver's license and I ask if everything is covered. She said yes, we will bill your insurance. I ask again if I needed to pay anything for the visit she answered no we will bill the insurance. Now 3 weeks has passed I received a statement from my insurance and I found out they are out of network. So I am being billed $125 for routine check up and cleaning. Update: I got to talk with Lia in the billing department and she said her system is indeed showing we are suppose to be covered and they are having issues with Cigna insurance company but they said they will adjust our account. She was very nice and apologetic for the confusion and I am very satisfied they went above and beyond. We as patients don't know what is actually covered and what is not and that is why we let the professionals do their jobs. I still recommend calling your insurance first before booking an appointment. As far as this dentistry, they handled the situation very professional and the doctors are very compassionate. read more

This is my first review ever. I normally don't write reviews but we had such a great experience with Dr. B that I have to share. He was so chill and laid back. He explained every single step to us, keeping our minds at peace. A year ago, my son had trauma to his teeth and had to get it extracted at another dentist and had a terrible experience. The anesthesia did not work and he felt all the pain. He cried bloody murder. We both cried that day. I explained this to Dr. B and he suggested a different kind of anesthesia and to wait a bit longer. It worked so well. He didn't even cry during the shot. I was so surprised. I would recommend him to anyone that had a terrible dentist experience in the past. My son said he's the best doctor ever and that he didn't even know he got a shot (that's what he was most afraid of)!!! read more

Brought my eldest daughter (two years old) in on Friday for her very first dental exam. She is not the most cooperative toddler and everything went better than expected. My kids loved this dental group, and left saying it was the best dentist experience they've had. The dental assistants were exceptional, and so patient and kind with them. My three year old was really nervous, and they showed nothing but patience with him! My seven and nine year old were particularly nervous about the xrays, as those plastic inserts can tend to hurt your cheeks- but they have special ones fitted just for kids! It was a breeze. The office is super clean and well kept, and the kids were able to choose a toy from the treasure box. This office is awesome! I brought my son and daughter in for checkups, and we had a great experience. The office is clean, open, and bright. Staff is friendly and responsive. Entertainment technology kept my kids happy. Dental equipment is high-tech. Dr. Hyer examined my son and filled a cavity in the same visit, and my son was smiling the entire time, even during the shot (the treasure box was also a huge hit). I have a daughter with special needs and Dr. Hyer gave her the extra time and attention she needed. I will most definitely be back with my other kids, and I would recommend this office to anyone.
