That dichotomy and disconnect between energy, vibration and fear doesn't really work for me. I was doing stairs 2 hours after my operation and I did not do one step at Rehab Associates. My new rehab place and my in house therapist for my right knee both said my left knee should have been further along AND I did more PT at home than I did at Rehab Associates. Complete waste of time. I could not recommend them at all. They just care about hurrying up, getting you in and getting you out. My half hour session consisted of 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes icing you down. How much therapy do you get for 20 minutes, not much.

Each therapist brought different techniques to the table and were all successful. I am currently being treated for a back/ hip condition. During this course of treatment, I seriously injured my shoulder that required surgery and will require PT.
