He saw that not only do we have carpenter bees but we also have a big problem with carpenter ants. Part of the house was being eaten away by the carpenter ants. He was very thorough and knowledgable and I changed over to Thomas. I feel much more confident working with them and am already repairing part of the house that had been being destroyed by carpenter ants that our previous exterminator never even noticed.
