When I find a dr I mesh with I stick with them and its hard for me to start up a whole new relationship with another provider due to the social anxiety i have. No other reason as to why I left. It's frustrating with waiting but then again they are fighting with insurance and giant X-ray scanner type machines that may not always cooperate. They offer a free water fountain and have a waiting room to that's usually set to the cooking network. Check in staff seem smart but frustrated but who can blame them. You check in and deal with insurances and what not then you wait to be called back. After being called back you go into which ever area you need whether it's Mri, X-ray, ultrasound, etc and work with the staff in charge of that section. Once you get called back it's much easier and faster and you get out sooner.

You have to go upstairs to the OB/Gyn side of things (stairs and elevator access right up front). First impression with the staff was absolutely wonderful. They are welcoming and kind, and super helpful. I did not have to wait very long before I was called back for my appointment. The MA was very good at her job, made me feel at ease and you could just tell she loves what she does. Which I realized was a common theme here. Everyone was just so happy! I saw Dr. Peace. Now I've seen a lot of OB/Gyns in my day... Dr. Peace is definitely in the top 2 (only because my #1 delivered my first baby). She is patient, she listens to you, she is reassuring, makes sure she's heard everything you want to share before she goes on to do anything else. She is genuine and cares! Oh and she has the most gentle touch! I am so glad to have been able to get on her schedule and become her patient. In fact all of the staff I interacted with here just seemed like amazing people.
