He told me he'd fit us in and have it fixed, he did it perfectly and offered to send someone out to put it in and get it all finished for us. Amazing customer service and so so kind and helpful. You can tell that they're not just looking for money, they truly want to do great work and support their customers. At first I didn't have an invoice and the woman in the office didn't know me or the information but she hopped up, built and invoice for me, and didn't give me a feeling of inconvenience. At the end of the day, all of his promises to finish our job meant nothing and he quit our job via a clause in his contract called; "Termination for Convenience" that apparently allows him to walk away from work he begins. As far as "going out of his way" to give us a referral, not sure why he would ever think we would deem a referral from him as a credible option for us to finish our job! BUYER BEWARE!
