I can't review on their work, but their customer service is atrocious…read more We had someone come out too generate a quote for a need banister and handrail in our home, Shane was fantastic and we would have loved to work with him. He let us know the process after he came was that another employee would generate a quote based on the measurements an be specifications we discussed. We waited a week with no quote and finally called, the person on the phone was rude and said he would get back to me, but didn't take down any information. I called 4 times over the course of several weeks and never got a quote, no one actually ever called mr back once. It was very frustrating to waste both my time, and their employees time on having him come out if they were never going to follow up. I'd avoid wasting your time.

I asked them to install a gate at the top of the stairs and also in the courtyard of our home. This…read morewas in May 2018. I was told they would have it wrapped up and finished for me by August. By August they were pushing me off another several weeks, eventually it became Sep, Oct, Nov and finally after a lot of emails and following up in Dec they promised to install them. One several occasions they had me stay home to wait for them to arrive for the install. They never showed. They would call and tell me they were on their way but never show. Eventually the manager or owner apologized and promised my husband they would show and assured us they would have the gates fabricated (because they hadn't yet been). After again making us wait and not showing up, the following day they arrived. They began drilling into our current stair railing, yet the gates they had were incorrectly fabricated even though they clearly in the emails and correspondence should have been fabricated correctly. It was incredibly frustrating. They assured us again they would return and fix it. It was really saddening that they damaged our home and after a year of going on and on with these guys and all the lies and inconvenience they put us through no attempt to repair it was ever made. They never returned, they never responded to phone calls, messages, email or anything. Finally the manager told us to go ahead and file all the complaints we want w the licensing and contractor state boards to go ahead and take them to court. That they don't care and don't have to take our s*it. My s*it? Ya they wrecked an expensive item in our home! A multi-thousand dollar stair railing. I was just trying to get them to fix the damage they did to our personal property when they came into our home and damaged it and for that I was told to F off? After a year of being dragged through a bunch of lies and crap w them we're left w our home damaged and told to F off. It's horrible! There's not anything we did to deserve them putting us through all this and damaging our home, we were so patient w them throughout the entire process and they are refusing to fix it and being so downright unprofessional. Yelling profanities after damaging someone's property in their home? Who in their sober and right mind responds in a professional setting like that? I just don't get it.

Pretty disappointed in this company. They installed my Bryant AC system in my home new in August of…read more2024. When turning my system on in the Spring of 2026, there was a horrible sound coming from the unit. I called YMC on April 6th, and long story short, it took until May 4th to get an estimate or even find out what was wrong with the unit. After paying $5,500 for the unit new a year and a half before, I was given an estimate to replace the compressor and flush the system for $3,900. I tried to speak with the management team on how ridiculous this was, and got a $600 discount on the repair, and an explanation about how long and difficult the repair was going to be. So...$3,300 for labor and 4 pounds equipment. Parts covered under warranty. I will never use them again on residential or commercial work. 7th Element is a very reliable company if you have a Braynt equiptment in your home, and even if they didn't install originally, they will repair someone else's work for a quarter of the price... and in 2 hours I had a quote, and a week after that, I had a repaired unit. Now thats what I call a turn around time. Advanced Heating and Cooling is also a great option on the Commercial side if you you were looking into using YMC. Buyers Beware!
