My wife and I just completed a very difficult transaction - multiple sellers misrepresented the properties they were selling by claiming there were no deed restrictions when in fact, there were. One home looked perfect, however, upon inspection, we discovered numerous problems with most major systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing, and multiple water incursions. All in all, over the span of nearly three months, and, through a total of four escrows, we were able to find and purchase the perfect home for us. James' attitude and professionalism were absolutely STELLAR. He not only went above and beyond, in every way possible, he did so with a calmness and compassion I have rarely seen. We have bought and sold quite a few properties through the years, and, I am a retired forensic appraiser - recognized by various courts - trial, appellate and supreme, as an expert in real estate.
