I found Jason and his business on Craigslist, needing move help to unload my household goods and furniture from a UPack trailer (I moved from OR to CT). I then found MCO's website and sent Jason a text inquiry. He promptly responded and quoted me as per his posted rates. My move was into an older 2nd floor unit with challenging access so, the day before, I texted Jason to request a 3rd person for the crew. He responded and assured me I'd have the extra help, telling me the names of the crew members and providing a crew leader contact number. The guys-Jarvis, Brian, and Lance, actually arrived early. They asked to see the goods, see the space and access points, and for guidance on what was going where. Then all I did was watch, caution them to be careful, and stay out of their way. Jason even stopped by to check on everything. The guys did an absolutely fantastic job. I had my doubts about a couple of pieces making it upstairs but they never blinked. They, in fact, assured me they would make it work...and they did, with neither incident nor damage to goods or property. All 3 guys acted professionally and displayed nothing but friendliness and courtesy. I'm not easily impressed...yet impressed I am! We had a great moving experience! Jason (owner) and Little Jay (employee) were wonderful and worked extremely hard all day. Our move was to another state and included multiple stops in the state we were moving from as well as the new state. Both men retained their professionalism for the entirety of the day (it was a very long day). Both were polite and pleasant to work with. They were friendly and respected our belongings and us. They carefully placed items so they would not break. I was utterly amazed at the talent these men have in fitting everything into the truck and trailer (I know I would never be able to get everything to fit). After searching weeks for a moving company with affordable rates, It was a huge relief to find Jason and his crew. Not only did they move my things in a professional manner, but they were also extremely efficient. Loading all of my belongings from a storage room in Rocky Hill and moving them into a second floor apartment in West Haven in under 3 hours (including drive time) was remarkable.
