    My husband and I were moving and being a little bit older we knew we didn't want to move ourselves! I contacted so many movers to get quotes and move daddy was by far not only the most affordable, but also extremely responsive. Andrew was extremely professional, and accommodated us When there was a delay in our closing. The guys moving is out (Justin, JR, and Dekoda) were super fast, careful, and polite. They handled our items with care. Move Daddy stored our items on the truck for two nights, and JR and Dekoda unloaded for us. Again, super fast but super careful. None of our items were damaged. Two days later ( in the middle of unpacking) I realized that our big cooler was missing. I knew exactly why ... it was similar to the cooler that the guys used to store their own waters! I emailed Andrew and explained the situation. One day later our cooler was on our front porch. I would highly recommended this company to others and will use them for future moving needs.

    I spent some time on the At Your Service website. I read several reviews and looked at the photo…read moregallery of the guys at work. Convinced they were legit I completed their CONTACT US email form describing the landscape work I wanted them to price. In case the guys wouldn't check the inbox for internet contact emails I decided to call the office and Cameron, one of the owners, answered. He said that he had just seen my contact email and we discussed the work I needed. Because it was a landscaping job he said he'd have his business partner, Brantley, call to coordinate an appointment. I understood that he'd need to look at the work before giving me a price. Its been 8 days since the initial contact and still no call.

    I read a many glowing reviews before selecting this moving service. In fact, when I called to book…read moretheir service, they "wrapping" furniture on a current job. Aiding in my belief of having picked an ideal moving service. April 23, 2024: Cameron and Brently (I think) were courteous and seemingly professional but seeing little things began to bother me so I sat out in my car trying to be patient. I witnessed my rugs dug along the floors as they pushed them along the storage hallways, failing to wrap/cover furniture prior to (or while) loading, and failing to bring their own hand trucks, in addition to the realization I should not have been charged that last hour (per person) since they were fixing their own errors, are just a few mentions. The biggest and my most favorite was their placement of all the short items around the sides and rear of the storage unit and the taller/wider items blocking access to available storage space. Making it impossible to bring over any of the remaining boxes/tubs from the originating unit because placement and organization of items in newer unit was awful - thrown in haphazardly without regard or consideration of future access. NO rhyme or reasoning, just shoved into newer unit. At the end of our 4 hour transfer debacle, I was billed $100 per hour, times 2 people plus a fee of $125, for a total bill of $925. Literally finding myself charged for them to correct their own work - definitely not a customer expense. I did reach out (email, phone, facebook) and formally request, at AYS's expense, that my storage unit's content be rearrranged properly to allow better access. Apr 30, 2024: Upon returning, Brently presented and maintained an unpleasant attitude. When all I sought as a paying customer was to be made whole and satisfied for the services I compensated the AYS company (and in turn, its workers) for. Although it took a week, AUS did return to address the "issue" but it is one that resulted in my paying out additional money for similar services. Additionally... I can not be certain if AYS's lack of service was gender related, race related or simply blatant disregards but whichever, my money was green (and hard earned) and even that I feel was taken advantage of as well. BUYER BEWARE... as this IS NOT a service I would recommend. PICTURES ATTACHED

I have been ignored by their claims department after three months of calling and asking for help. I've been promised calls back time and time again and never got one. Today when I called again, I was finally told my claim was denied because too much time has passed. I'm not sure why I wasn't notified that it had been reviewed. I was offered a good-faith payment of $300, which is unfortunately just a fraction of what I spent replacing my damaged items. The movers were unprofessional the day of as well -- they charged me incorrectly, stood around texting half the time to drag out the clock, and then asked me if I use recreational drugs. I hate to be that person writing a nasty review, but I am extremely disappointed with their service all around and I hope this helps keep others from having the same experience that I did. My one-bedroom move went over budget, damaged family heirlooms and caused me to have to replace my entire bed and mattress... and the company's customer service chose to ignore me and hope I went away instead of helping me resolve this. Last time I moved before this I used American Eagle Moving for a much more difficult move and they were fantastic. Their guys were quick, professional, and did not cause any property damage. If you're reading this, I recommend getting a quote from them instead!

    Never use this company! They damage your furniture by dropping it arguing in driveway about it and…read morethen lie saying they didn't Drop it. Their guys said that company will replace it. lies, lies, lies. They want to give $115 to replace a $800 dresser. If the care was given that should have been given there would be no problem. Rip-off movers should be there name!!

    So I posted my review about two weeks ago and got a response from Marie to give them a call and…read morethey would try to help me resolve my claim which is still not settled after two and a half months. I called their number 844-238-8715 and guess what nobody answers in the mailbox is full. Again, avoid this business like the plague they don't care about you or your property and give you false promises. And if you didn't forget, see the ketchup stains, one mover, intentionally squirted ketchup all over my furniture in my bedroom as there's no other way to explain it. Update: I called again today 10/1/25. Line just rings and puts you on hold as nobody answers as usual. All my sons has my contact information and can call me at any time to try to get this resolved however they refuse. This is not good customer service and the lack of concern is ridiculous given my situation. My items were damaged some intentionally as you can see in the pictures showing the condiments spilled all over my master bedroom on the second floor of my new home. All my sons you have my information and can reach out to me directly at any time.
