THIS IS FRAUD! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY WAS ORIGINALLY LOCATED AT 10100 N 119th STREET. UNDER A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAME. I WAS THE MAIL CARRIER FOR THAT ADDRESS FROM AUGUST THROUGH NOVEMBER. IT WAS NOT CALLED MOVE FORWARD COLORADO. IN FACT, THE COMPANY THAT WAS LOCATED AT THAT ADDRESS GOT MAIL RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS AN "OLD" NON ACTIVE ADDRESS!! THEY HAVE SET UP A SQUARE CARD READER AT THEIR HOME STEALING PEOPLES DEPOSITS!!!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE SOME SORT OF MADE UP SUNSET STREET ADDRESS. Haha. Sadly, we found the "best rated moving company in Longmont, CO" on google. Well, if you look at the most recent reviews (that are actually the brave people that left reviews) you will learn that these people are scam artists. YES THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT OF $105.00! AFTER A WEEK I ENDED UP CALLING MY BANK TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!! I COULD CLEARY TELL ON THE PHONE WHEN I FIRST TALKED TO THESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE THAT THEY WERE IDIOTS AND IM NOT SURE WHY I GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD!!! Unfortunately, my move was one from Colorado to Kentucky and sadly we live on the third floor and they NEVER EVEN ARRIVED BECAUSE IT WAS A SCAM. We literally had to leave Longmont Colorado later than planned because of this company. Which in the end cost me more money for my truck rental and by the grace of God we found help through people we know rather than a stupid company because you end up calling every other company inside of Boulder County, Loveland, Denver, etc. and once it's so late in the day they know that you're out of luck. The only Movers that were available was $270 for two people and "move forward Colorado" in Longmont had quoted us $160 for two guys which is one of the cheapest rates we could find so this is why we also chose this company and it's clearly ended up being fraud. LIE #1: The first time I talked to them he was like "I'm not at the office I just went to go get something to eat, I'll call you when I get back to the office." LIE #2: I stupidly answered, gave them credit card deposit, which was "$100.00" ON MY CARD IT WAS CHARGED $105.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIE #3: MOVING DAY 5 MIN AFTER ORIGINAL SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME WE CALLED THEY SAID WE WILL BE THERE IN 20-40 MIN LIE #4: Called around 45 minutes after scheduled arriving time we got another excuse. He said I don't know where they are I sent two guys out there that I trust they left 25 minutes ago I can't get a hold of them they're not answering the phone I think they are on their way. LIE #5: We called about an hour and a half after scheduled arriving time and we probably called about 5 to 6 times and as we let the sun go down and wasted about 2 1/2 hours waiting for them before we realized they were never going to show up and they were just making up excuses. One of the last things they kept saying was oh my God I trust the people that I sent out there I don't know where they could be I think they might've stole my truck I can't get a hold of either of them they should've been there over an hour ago blah blah blah. This is when we asked for our deposit back and never got it after a week later so I just ended up calling my bank. I hope this review is long enough to make other people understand that this is a scam and I don't care anymore I'm looking at all the bad reviews of every single place and I don't care if they have one or 50 bad reviews I'm not ever going to fall for a scam like this again. You must look and pay attention to the most recent reviews. I'm not sure if this company called Move Forward Colorado has ever even existed but I think that they have just paid people they know to leave great reviews of a fake company. I'm not sure but don't worry they will be shut down soon I am contacting the better business bureau first thing in the morning and letting them know about this. I hope the other people that have left bad reviews of this company call the BBB as well since they were in the same boat as me. Sadly, one of the worst things about all of this was that my two bedroom apartment was practically sitting downstairs outside thank God it was not raining or snowing. All of our stuff set outside for about four hours until we were able to get more help and we had it spread between the third, second, and first floors because we were on the third floor. If we didn't have anybody show up eventually, we would've probably had stuff sitting outside all night and we still had to keep watch of it all at the same time. It was a disaster. read more

If he would've been honest and told me the truth instead of yanking me around I would've thought better of this company. Can't help but wonder if Richard S. is the competition, only reason I can figure he'd leave a 1-star review. I had zero problems working with this friendly crew. Everything I needed to move on a couple days notice was handled professionally (no scratches, no dinged furniture). Quote was accurate and it's my 1st move where nothing was damaged. Used these guys for a move locally (20 minute drive from Longmont to Dacono). Very straight-forward quoting process and no hidden fees. Was quite satisfied with their service and cost. 3 guys with a 20' truck took 2 trips and 7 hours to move from a town home to a single family 2 story house. Highly recommended! read more

Unless you enjoy lots of drama, go elsewhere. There are lots of these folks out there. Save yourself a ton of grief. The first thing was that they didn't show up on the scheduled day. That should give you a hint right there. Then there was the hassle over getting my deposit applied against the final bill. I felt like I was in some sort of Nigerian scam. Ultimately, I got my deposit back by disputing the charge with Visa. Nice guys who are absolutely clueless how to run a business and that's truly giving the benefit of the doubt here! read more

Poor Service!!! I had the company scheduled to help with a household move and on the day they were supposed to show up, they failed to arrive. Several calls with the owner/manager resulted in being told another 1.5 hours and they would be available and this went on all day long. At the end of the day they still had not arrived and I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbors to help me load the moving truck at 6:00 PM when the neighbors came home from their work day. Do not do business with this company as they are unreliable. read more

The worst move ever!!!!!! Showed up late and that after calling to see if they were coming... Had no idea how to pack and load a truck. Thinks arrived scratched and the washing machine drawer broken. Claim they would make good on repairs. Only put a claim in for the washing machine, had to order part myself and still waiting for reimbursement. Would not recommend!!!!!! even if it was free..... read more
