We originally looked at other well known options. We have moved using other well-known truck…read morerental places (names start with U and P) but because it was winter and our move was from Colorado to Washington in winter I was quite apprehensive about driving a 20ft truck through the mountain passes of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming Idaho and Washington. Especially towing our car. So we decided to check out U-Pack. Probably one of the best decision I've ever made. They brought us a 28ft trailer and even though we only reserved 17ft, they told us to feel free to use more if needed (at an additional nominal cost per foot). They placed it in front of our house with the ramp down and ready for us to load it. We had it loaded within a day or two and I called them and they came next business day and picked it up. Approximately 10 days later the trailer was delivered to the front door of our new home. Because we packed it we knew that it was secure and barring any unforeseen accidents we figured that it would get to our house pretty unscathed. And that's exactly what happened. Not one thing was broken. It also ends up that the weather was horrid and it took us multiple days of stopping and waiting for roads to clear before we could get to our destination. I don't know what I would've done if I had been driving that big truck pulling our car. If you're moving I'm telling you this is the way to go. This company has it together completely. The other thing I forgot to mention is that we didn't have to pay for the gas for the big truck to drive over 1000 miles through mountains like with other truck rentals. Even better was the cost for U-Pack trailer was about $1000 less than the rental of the trucks from the big companies. I highly recommend U-Pack for your next move.

They were late dropping my stuff off and when I called to get an ETA they were once again just as rude. The customer service rep refused to give me direct answers to my questions told me she would call me right back, she didn't. When I called back the other rep started talking very slowly and condescendingly without giving me an answer to my questions and hung up on me when I told her I understood but I needed a real answers.

They did our unloading for our move a few years ago and we had never had such a good experience moving! We'd lost their card after our move so I was so glad I found their contact information here. We recently hired Bigg Brown for our full move and they did an incredible job! They arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled start time. They were kind, respectful, and had such positive attitudes the entire time. They were gentle with our belongings and our homes, I don't think we had a single scuff on our walls in either location. I have a wobbly shelf that I did not anticipate surviving the move, and even told them as much, but they successfully got it to our new home in one piece. They were very efficient with time, I had movers refuse to do my move the previous week and quote me 7 hours with 4 movers. Bigg Brown did my entire move with 3 movers, both loading and unloading, in 4 hours. And to top it all off, they were very affordable compared to other companies in the area! They have made our moves so smooth! Five stars honestly isn't enough. We will recommend Bigg Brown to everyone we know!!

I bought a washing machine during an online auction. After getting it out of the property, we…read morenoticed that it had oil and grease leaking from the motor area (I am not very good with exactly what it is called). When I spoke with the owner, she assured me that she would reverse the charge for this washer and sure enough! The next morning (a Sunday morning, no less), I got an email saying that this charge was credited to my account. Great, down to earth people running the auction. They are sometimes over worked, but always helpful! THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO.

After meeting with this company and indicating our interest in hiring them we did not hear from…read morethem. When we finally contacted them they had decided that we would not be a good fit for them because they felt we didn't trust their expertise. After explaining to them it wasn't that we didn't trust them, we were just asking so many questions because we had talked to a number of companies who had told us different things and we were just trying to understand how and why they did things. They then agreed to do the sale and set a date to start the process. We questioned whether that date would give them adequate time to advertise the sale. We then did not hear from them again as they ignored our question. It appears this company does not like any questions and rather than just tell you they don't want to do handle your sale, they just ignore your communications.
