Two relatively minor issues, though: 1. one of the moving dollies has had a big, oily stain on it each time I've been there. I wouldn't put any of my things onto that dolly, this should have been cleaned or replaced by now. 2. the roof line at the loading area dumps rain right where you're unloading. Some kind of 20' long gutter or something to divert some of the rain would be helpful here.
