They agreed to pay for the repair for the oil pan after the mechanic pushed for them to take accountability but refused to compensate my son for now having to be without a car 5 extra days & missing work because now they had to order a new oil pan due to THEIR incompetence!!! I made a decision to go to Gerry's in haste and it affected me greatly. I've had tire mounting and balancing done in Barrie, London, Scarborough and Pickering, no one has charged me more than $100 but this morning I spent way too much. I made the mistake of not asking the lady how much would they charge and she didn't bother to give me an estimate either. Gerry's is definitely not pocket friendly. So, if you ever think, "I'll go to the mechanic down the street it'll be alright" - NO! it'll not be alright! I did consult with my friends and colleagues, the maximum anyone of then has paid for tire mounting and balancing in Vaughan is $140 I'm definitely never going back to Gerry's that's for sure, I don't enjoy being ripped off.
