They stated they had listed my house in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Robb Report as coming soon. That never happened. They told me they listed my house on the MLS as coming soon, but didn't really do that. They stated "No showings on the house until next Monday" so the contractor could finish fixing up the house.  She proceeded to tell me that showing them the house would "violate the coming soon rules of the MLS".  She then proceeded to show my house to someone.  In fairness I agreed to it but thought it seemed unethical since she had just finished telling me not to do this. In my opinion it was like they wanted to sell my house to their clients without it ever really hitting the MLS so they could get both sides of the commission. When they finally listed my house on the MLS the photos were missing rooms and data was incorrect. This has been the worst real estate experience of my life. I will be filing a complaint with the board of realtors and the state licensing board. What a nightmare!!! I would highly recommend against using them.
