The whole process was straightforward and rather simple. I will say that the quote vs the actual price I paid were not the same. I understand the market can change but I would expect the quote for service to properly reflect the current market price for transport. I paid 250 more than I was quoted initially. It all started well. Spoke with Tyler and Jennifer a number of times. Was assured that the $530.00 would be the final price as stated on the invoice. When it came to pick up date which was Wednesday between 3&5p, got a call from Jennifer at 2p that the driver was stuck and could pickup next day. Thursday came and pickup was not made. Driver was in Oklahoma. Friday. More apologies because driver couldn't make it. Saturday. Got a call saying the driver would not be available and that they can schedule another one for $1,400.00. Not acceptable. A few moments later, the manager called saying that the driver could pickup my car in Oklahoma for $1,400.00. I had to inform him that my car was and had been in Georgia then he said let me check. Came back and said oh yeah I see it now but we can make it for $1,200.00. I was looking to have a car shipped from CA to IL and was talking to different brokers. On the 6th of August Tyler Dalton with MoverJet Logistics claimed that he could have my car transported to IL by the 15th of August and for $1700 which made me select his offer compared to other companies that for a similar price could not have my car in IL until the 18th whihc was too late. After repeatedly asking for a pickup date Tyler finally told me on the 11th of August the day before I flew out to IL that he could not have my car picked up until the 12th, it would now not reach IL until the 17th and it would be $2500 instead. Do not trust this company I specifically said that I needed the car picekd up by the 11th because I was flying out and I was assured it would happen. The disreguard for my schedule, blatant lying about the time frame in which they could complete the job and the $800 price increase compared to what was previously agreed upon makes this company a total scam and anyone should be weary. read more

They charged me a fee for breaking contract when they didn't live up to their terms of the contract. And now they charged me again for a different vehicle when that contract was never signed! Well I went with their initial bid for $789 from Florida to Ct. Unfortunately in the end it was $1400 well above the initial price that made me chose the broker. The car did get to its final destination in good shape and no issues. Just realize the initial quote is just a tactic to get U to sign with them and U r locked in for 5 business days unless U want to pay a $95 dollar cancellation fee.On day 3 they said that there was a trucker available for $600 more than the original price. Contacted Tyler with Mover Jet to ship my motorcycle from MN to Florida two (2) weeks prior to departure date. Signed contract and waited to hear back which DID NOT HAPPEN ! Reached out to Tyler as to status and why I had not heard from a driver with 4 days from preliminary pick up date. Claimed he has sent numerous emails and text messages - don't know who these were sent to but it wasn't me which seemed odd as we had no problem before when I signed and emailed the contract. He indicated he had drivers for two dates which would work and once he confirmed with them he would be back in touch. Guess who never got back in touch ??? scam alert. I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life with this company. I am hardly ever compelled to write negative reviews, but people should be warned. The broker I ended up with quickly found me several options for transporting my car but due to a miscommunication, he cancelled with a dispatch/driver that I trusted and was excited to work with. He was extremely rude to the dispatcher and then blamed her for having "the issue" and said he would find me a new carrier. It took three days to find and book her and he promptly ruined it. I requested to cancel my contract and I have been locked in a battle since 3pm this afternoon. no refund, still a $200 hold on my account. The broker refused to terminate my contract, preventing me from finding another broker so I will now have to drive to VA and tow the car myself. read more

Very unhappy with the way this company handled my transport, my initial quote was for $350 to transport from Carlsbad to San Jose, I asked Liza if it was a firm quote because I did not want any surprises, she then says $400 is a firm quote and I reiterated "will it change or is that a solid quote" and she reassures me that yes it is a firm quote so I sign a contract for $400. The day before they are to pick up my car she tells me it's going to be $550! On such short notice I have no choice and have to go through with it, she books it and then transporter is 2 days late! She also tells me that I will be updated throughout the transport but I had to call the transporter company myself for updates. See my pictures for proof of allegations, I will be processing a charge back with my credit card for the deposit/up front fee to them, extremely unhappy with the way this was handled but I have found out when shopping around that ALL transport company are shysters, they are only brokers and do not transport themselves, thus the lowball bids to suck you in then bait and switch you a day before once it's too late for the customer to make other arrangements, I will never transport another vehicle again. SCAM! I should read this before to avoid the charge of $200 for nothing. Their website shows a car hauler to transport the cars as expected, but instead they sent an unsafe carrier: a truck towing a trailer to transport a car from California to Oklahoma?. We refused that unsecure vehicle and Tyler, the customer service guy did promise to send a safer the next day. Nothing happened, I called, and he didn't respond for three days until a week later, when I decided to cancel the order. Anyway, they kept my $200 dollars and didn't have the service. read more

The driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and creative. Although they did not have experience moving a large motorcycle like mine he was willing to do anything within his power to complete the job safely. If you are moving a car, suv or any four wheeled vehicle, this company is for you. If you aren't willing to get involved with loading and unloading your large motorcycle like a Honda Goldwing for example, I'd suggest going with a company that has experience with those type of vehicles. Worst experience with shipping a car so far, I told them months ahead with my desired arriving date, and signed the contract for $1100, then seven days after my first available pick up date, they gave me a $1550 offer, which is more than 40% of the contract price, and already missed my arriving date (they don't write the arriving date on contract, I forget to check that before signing) so don't use Mover Jet!!!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION to this company. I submitted a form looking for a quote and I was almost immediately bombarded with text messages from random 302 numbers asking me if I still need their services. I must've unsubscribed 7+ times!! After being extremely frustrated, I reached out to their team politely asking to be removed because nothing I did seemed to have removed me from their incessant text messages. He was outright rude and lacks any customer service etiquette.  He told me that there are multiple companies with 302 area code and that they were indeed not the one that were still sending me text messages. Conveniently, the most recent text message did not offer a call back # or even allow incoming calls, so I have no idea who was even contacting me. read more

I highly recommend Mover Jet Logistics (MJL) for vehicle transportation. I have used their services twice and in both occasions they exceeded expectations and provided a great service. In July 2023 I used them to transport my car from TX to VA, they were on time. On second time in Dec 2023 my daughter found another company (USStar Trucking) and made arrangements for the return of the car to TX. However this USStar company did not give me any confidence (phones are not answered etc) and the last moment I called Adam Nowokowski from the MJL who immediately worked with us and provided a safe transfer of our car back to TX. Would give a 0 if allowed lied after I canceled rode runner because they said they could get the job done. After I signed the contract they would no/ answer and this is what the sent me. They charged even if they did nothing scam beware... By the contract, you are hiring our company to book the carrier for the agreed quote in the contract and we have 5 business days starting from the first available pick-up date to do it. And according to this contract, If the Client's vehicle is NOT picked up within 5 business days from the first available date, the Client can cancel this agreement with no penalties. So only AFTER 5 business days starting from the first available pick up date, the client can cancel this agreement for free AND ONLY IF the carrier that we book for the job didn't pick up the vehicle. If you cancel the agreement prior to the 1st available pick up date or within 5 business days starting from 1st available pick up date, according to the contract we will ask you to pay $95 of the cancellation fee if the carrier was not booked. I just needed my Escalade transported from Sedona to California. I gave them a week's notice, gave them a good timeline to pick up the vehicle, and paid a 50% deposit on the quote I was given. I had to chase them every single day for a status update. I was leaving the state the same day the car was due to be transported, and I had also had a tight deadline to get the UHaul box truck returned to CA. Mover Jet Logistics kept assuring me that as I had given them plenty of notice, a good window for pick up that everything was "guaranteed". 12 hours before I was due to leave, I was getting very anxious as whenever I asked for a status update, they kept saying "they were working on it". At 4am, on the morning that my car was due to be picked up, they did the bait and switch. They said if I wanted to move my car, I would have to pay double the quoted price or they would just refund my deposit and leave my Escalade stranded in Sedona! I had no choice but to concede to their 11th hour price jacking. They guaranteed me a pick up time by the transporter by 12 Noon that morning. I waited and waited and eventually called the transporter asking for his ETA. He told me he had no clue as his truck was in the repair shop in Phoenix!! I called Mover Jet Logistics back and they said they would find a second transporter. The second transporter said he was 20 minutes away but wanted me to drive 10 miles out to meet him as he claimed he could not get his truck to my house. I asked him how I would get home. He said he would drive me home in my Escalade, then I would give him my keys and he would drive off into the sunset with my car!! That does not sound like grand theft auto to me ...lol. I contacted Mover Jet Logistics again and they said to drive out to him regardless, I called the transporter back for more information but he said he had already left and was not going to turn around. I called Mover Jet Logistics back and they said they would get a third transporter. I got an ETA for a third transporter. I was then told the third transporter had broken down and they were arranging a fourth one!!! A transporter finally arrived and I had already left for CA as I had to get the truck back to UHaul. I had my good friends meet the transporter to watch my Escalade get loaded up. It took me almost 12 hours to drive the box truck to California with traffic and weather challenges! I hardly got any sleep once I arrived in CA when my phone rang and the transporter said he had arrived. So, I was only half awake. He demanded cash only for the balance (hello, IRS?) and made me sign something on his phone so that I could not see what was being signed. He rushed off. I turned around, and yeah, the back handle from my pampered Escalade, missing! I tried the other rear passenger door and it would not open from the inside or the outside. I have no idea what this transporter did, nor why he was trying to access the passenger portion of my vehicle. I have spent a long time with the transporter's insurance company, Progressive, only to be told that this transporter has THIRTY claims against them for damaging client vehicles during transport, all claims were denied as the transporter is using a truck whose plates do not match the truck that is "supposed" to be used. The transporter (Go Movers) is now no longer permitted to be insured, and hopefully they will be investigated by the appropriate authorities. When I questioned the Ukraine driver as to why and how he damaged my vehicle, he just got irritated and said that he needed a translator. Long story short, I am left to deal with the damage this transporter did to my vehicle although I had allegedly paid for insurance for my vehicle during the transport process. The actual transporters were going under the name of "Go Movers" but it turns out they are just as shady as Mover Jet Logistics. Progressive Insurance has their hands tied as the transporter refuses to return their calls and emails, and the vehicles they were using were not listed under the insured vehicles. In fact, Progressive did a check on the truck and it turned out it was an Enterprise rental truck. The plates on the truck provided on the insurance was for a burgundy colored truck. Tim Waitts, Owner of Mover Jet Logistics, is trying to back track and tell me that my car was DAMAGED before pick up. Wrong. I took video and photos of my vehicle prior to transport and I was easily able to open my doors to load up some items in the passenger seats. As it stands now, I cannot access the passenger portion of my vehicle at all. I have been advised to go to the authorities and seek legal action against them. Damages to my vehicle are now in excess of $2500 and nothing is being done about it. I was told my vehicle would be insured throughout transport, and it turns out, they contracted this out to crooks and my vehicle is now damaged and its value decreased significantly. Do NOT trust with your transportation needs. They'll say what they need to assure you they are more than just a 'middleman' when trying to make the sale but when things go wrong, they'll be sure to give the excuse 'well, we're just the middleman'. I voiced a concern about drivers taking a job while still looking for a higher paying route when I asked, "I'm concerned a driver will skip the load at any price if he's always looking to book for more" but the response was, " No, he won't because $650 is the carrier average going rate and your car will be listed in the middle of the list. This is a solid rate to get a reputable carrier booked" Guess what I was told the morning of the pickup date (which I booked 9 days prior) "I see the driver has declined the dispatch sheet I sent him. I spoke to him already, and he said he got another load yesterday and it's paying much higher than we are so this is why he booked that one." This date was important as I had a flight to catch the next day. Here's the best response after I cancelled the transaction, " the process and the result of this shipping would have been the same regardless of the company you had chosen." That interesting because I put the car in storage but decided to contact one of the other companies I had looked into, and they were able to book a pickup just 2 days later (tomorrow) so I'll see how that works out as I'm having a friend meet the driver at the storage facility for pickup. My review is based on a shipment from West of Las Vegas to NorCal I would give 5 stars but: They pulled the age old trick of quoting low (400 all fees included), having me sign the contract, THEN the driver had a problems, was delayed etc etc etc and magically the price was now $400 PLUS fees etc etc to the tune of $545 (they had the bid out for $450 despite that I'd already signed the contract at $400). I was pissed and on a time crunch. I was able to haggle the price to $500 (it was that or I drove the car 8hrs and they lost any $ they hoped to get). All said and done, driver was 2hrs later than he'd said picking up, the car was there in about 20hrs. Despite having the price increase, having to haggle the price and the delayed pick up, It wasn't a terrible experience and they were less expensive than a lot of other highly rated outfits.
