Read carefully. I'm seeking to relocate a running ATV. This person called "Simon Riyad" made an offer of $1,850 with taxes, and insurance. I asked several times if there was a difference in price if the ATV was running or "INOP" (not running), which could even be at around a $500 difference. The person was always answering with another question that had nothing to do with my concern. He/She looked like he/she wanted to take advantage of the situation by stealing the extra money like if I was not smart enough. I even asked for contract documents but got no response. After a couple of days, I got sick of the situation, and let the person know about it in simple straight words (without disrespecting). He/She apparently got mad and replied "Go away, I have no time for you". If the management team of this company allows this type of behavior or customer service representation, I can bet money on their failure. As a Business Manager and owner, I would not want these attitudes and behavior in my area putting the companies name down. If the owner or manager allows this to their team, they are part of the wave of business that contracts uneducated personnel without providing needed training or warning about certain behaviors. I would love to hear back from the company owners or management with any measures they take to correct this small incident. Clear communication is key in business, which was never achieved with this poor uneducated person. So he says "well we could do it for 1950". Our hands were tied so we agreed. Guess what NO ONE SHOWED UP! and the lies continued. They will quote you for a cheap price and tell you there are a couple of drivers available right now to pressure you to sign the contract. These guys left me stranded with my car, and if you don't want to be in the same situation, DO NOT USE THEM! This is what happened. On July 14th, I scheduled a car move from Queens NY to Seattle WA with Moverjet Logistics. The sales rep's name is Adam Nowakoski. The price he quoted me was $1350. I told them I have a flight booked from NYC to Seattle on 8/17, so the mutually agreed pick-up day was the weekend days of 8/15-8/16. The contract was signed on July 22nd, and this Adam guy told me a few days before the scheduled pick-up day they would call me. By the Wednesday before the weekend when the car was supposed to be picked up nobody called, so I called Adam, and he told me the pick-up would be arranged for the agreed days, and he would call me back on Thursday. Thursday he didn't call, but late at night one of his colleagues (Kyle?) called and said the carrier wanted a higher price of over 1500. I said I would be ok with the higher price, because at that point I was left with little option so close to the pick-up date and my flight. But again, nobody called me on Friday, and the paperwork promised by Kyle was not sent. I had to call Adam again, and he told me the truck of the carrier was broken, and they were waiting either for the truck to be fixed or find me a back-up carrier, and he would call me Saturday before noon. Not surprised, he didn't call on Saturday, and nobody answered the phone when I called Adam's number or the customer service line. That was less than 48 hours from my flight out of NYC, and I had no idea if anyone would pick up my car! I called another broker company, and the rep told me because all brokers use the same carrier network, it's better I do not double-book. I was left totally in the dark with no option. I did some quick thinking and decided to sell the car ASAP. Luckily I found someone to buy the car, although at a discounted price b/c I didn't have much bargain power. I sold the car on Saturday. Again on Sunday nobody called me, neither did I expect anyone to call me. On Monday I flew from NYC to Seattle as scheduled. After I landed someone from Moverjet called me and said they would pick up my car on Tuesday or Wednesday. I told her it's too late. Like everybody else I have run into some shady business practice, but I rarely ran into any business who is utterly irresponsible and unprofessional, and totally leave their customers in very difficult situations. There are few issues faced picking up my car at provided schedule, but was delivered with no issues

On May 16th, I selected Mover Jet Logistics to transport my daughters Jeep from Waco to Phenix based on a $550 quote. The pick-up dates I requested were May 28 or 29th. With my daughter starting a new job on May 31, I followed up on a regular basis to know if/when this company could accommodate these dates. The updates I received were that they were working on it and that they'd let me know as soon as they had a carrier. Finally on May 30th, I get an email saying they had a carrier in the Waco area and can pick the Jeep up in 30 minutes if we agree to pay $800. Knowing my daughter was leaving in the morning, I agreed to the new amount/time. Not surprisingly, once I agreed, the carrier showed up 3 hours later. Before the driver arrived, he called my daughter and asked if she would meet him at a gas station. Of course, she said no. 30 minutes later he called again and asked if she could meet him at Home Depot. Once again, she said no. He finally arrived at the pick-up location and loaded the Jeep. Thinking that was the end of it, I got an email saying that because my daughter's car was full, I would be charged an additional $300 for a new total of $1,100. Had I known this at the time, I never would have let him load the Jeep. Since additional charges for loaded vehicles had never been mentioned before by either Moverjet or the carrier at the time of pick up, I asked why. Moverjet sent me the fine print part of the contract indicating additional charges may occur. Even so, $300 more for a 2 door Jeep seems over the top. Even worse, while the driver was in route he called and said that I either pay the additional amount or he would put the Jeep in storage and get rid of my daughter's belongings. Given no choice, I had to pay double the original quote - $1,100. Please be careful. read more

They called me on Thursday wanting to pick it up then and I said no because it was getting repaired and it wouldn't be ready till Friday. Then Friday came and they didn't have anybody to pick it up. So It wasn't picked up until late the next week and they sent me a different contract which cost me $175 more. I was at their mercy because I needed the car delivered to Arizona from Santa Fe New Mexico. A lot of other companies would not give me a contract. The truck driver called me the day before my car arrived, an hour before and 15-20 minutes before. If you do this, for the next three days you will be receiving COUNTLESS texts and emails and even phone calls. I received over 8 phone calls from different phone numbers in different states in under 30 minutes. It is obnoxious. Even if you unsubscribe from emails, you will continue to receive for days. This review is not so much a bad rap for mover jet but more so the carriers they choose. Mover jet is just a middle man. the two carriers they attempted to get my classic truck from Florida to Pa failed me. CCS TRANSPORT AND JDX TRANSPORT both from Florida. One of them damaged my truck and although it's my fault because I signed off on the BOL only because I didn't think and was not tall enough to see the damage on the roof. One of them damaged it. I have before images and video from the seller on the truck and they are clean. Also as it was loaded. I have many pictures to support my claim. JDX loaded the truck and could not drive stick shift. after loading it, 3 hours later they dropped it back off at the seller's residence...not where they picked it up and said they can't do it get someone else. The battery was dead and the truck was flooded. THEY HAD A WENCH BUT IT DID NOT WORK. Obviously they do not know how to start or drive a classic old truck. And then to just dump it off at the seller's house in the middle of the street without the seller there and just leave is insane. After 4 days Mover jet charged me more money now and found another carrier CSS. This carrier, although delivered the truck, it was damaged. ( by who?) and the battery was dead and out of fuel and the communication very poor. They were way off on the delivery date and a stroke of luck I was around when he finally showed up. Anyone that wants to see pics I'b be happy to show you. Anyway I know I'm screwed because I failed to see the damage, but man their whole ordeal that took 2 weeks was a frigging joke. I had to ship a car from a dealership in Sunrise, FL to Jacksonville, FL. I was given a price of $275, but the price went up to $330. I wasn't happy about that but it wasn't exorbitant and they were able to transport the car the next day, which was great. So I was pleased overall. I realize there were more expensive transport services and also cheaper services. When checking the cheaper services, they had "additional" fees so I think MoverJet Logistics was pretty reasonable. AWFUL COMPANY!! Would rate this company a 0! We had a scheduled pickup for 2 vehicles in Texas to be transported to California. We communicated with the company and dispatcher multiple times throughout the scheduled day of pick, and was given very vague information on pick up time. The dispatcher gave us the contact information for the driver, but his phone went straight to voicemail without the ability to leave a message. We never received a pickup window. We were told repeatedly that the driver was in our area and would be in contacted shortly. NEVER received a phone call. Our credit card was charge for the deposit that was only to be charged once the vehicles were picked up per the company's contract. When calling the company about why we were charged without our vehicles being picked up. All we were told is that the driver would still pick our vehicle the same day. We waited for the call from the driver for 3-4 hours after we were charged the deposit (remind you) this deposit was only to be charged once the vehicles were picked up, we still heard nothing. Therefore, we decided to cancel the transport service, was instructed to email the agent communicating our request, and we would receive a full refund of the deposit. The driver finally called us after the fact of cancellation and he still could not give us a clear time for pick up. Instead of this company being professional and upholding their contract, the agent [ROMAN] , argued with my husband and I about how we were wrong and REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK!!
