Also stopping at a storage unit along the way out of the city. Big oof! We all know what Toronto traffic is like. However, Jason and his team put all my worries to rest. He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

The last time was about 5 years ago (last time I moved) Also a positive experience but there have been some good improvememts in setting up the move in advance, and the opportunity to order packing supplies. The team lead called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time to let me know their ETA, they arrived at the beginning of the arrival window (which was a pleasant surprise as it was a rainy day and i was their second move).
