When I see a lone faceless reviewer from Seattle WA with one negative review to their name attempting to sully the reputation of a good local business I had to step in. She called me at 2 p.m, and went on to tell me that they need to set up their day to make sure they are not criss-crossing the city. That is fine, but once you make your plan why not contact your customer and let them know. Cindy doesn't care to hear any of this, "that is their policy". She is not concerned with any of your problems. I think for the price, they could have someone answer the phone and update you on when they will be arriving. The movers acted professional and worked quickly once they arrived. But don't expect any customer service. They will get to you when they get to you. Although they carried the whole thing into my building and apartment, had a few bumps, all was well and it was done quickly as possible. The baby grand piano didn't have any defects after the move. It sounded perfectly as it was in the place where it came from. Three guys did the job and were all very friendly. One question though: Don't they have an official receipt or something? I asked for a receipt, it was provided but written at the back of a business card. Nevertheless, I recommend hiring these guys. They charge with reasonable price, they know what they do and they're good at it and are friendly. It was nice doing business with them.
