He also has a great infra-red camera that can identify hiding cold/damp spots in the walls and ceilings Everything is documented in writing and photographs, and he emails a thorough report at the end of the inspection. Prices aren't the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive in the area. But in my opinion the prices charged are fair, and certainly value for money.
