They will call your name when a table is available. We ended up waiting for about an hour on a Sunday night for a table of 5. We all ordered the trompo orden mix which came with three tacos - negro fuego, rojo de pork belly, and carne asada. They're pretty quick with the food and it came out shortly after we ordered. The tacos also came with your usual toppings and three different spicy sauce. Green was the least spicy. Tacos were pretty solid. My favorite out of the three was the pork belly. The tortilla was one of the best tortilla I've tried. We also tried the chicharron flautas. Came out hot and super crispy. The horchata was refreshing as well. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall, a great taco spot to add to your itinerary. Definitely one of our favorite tacos we've tried in CDMX.

They have a nice brick and mortar location that was easy to find. I ordered the Trompo Orden mixed platter. It came with three different styles of meats; Negro Fuego ( pork), Rojo de Porkbelly, Carne Asada. All three tacos were seasoned to perfection. My favorite was the Carne Asada, which I ended up ordering another single plate of that. Overall Tacos De Valle really set the tone for the remainder of my trip in CDMX. Looking forward to visiting again during my next trip.

A lovely lady right away takes your order and heats up your pastry right there and then. She serves both sweet and savory pastries. I had the 'tinga' and 'chorizo'. I did not have high expectation but oh, surprise! These are proper pastries! Out they came my two fluffy 'pastis' generously stuffed. You can see the layers as you work through it. There is literally two other taco restaurants next door to this place so the competition is high. This whole area is very walkable and there are bus stops and a metro nearby. The streets here in Mexico City are crazy so I don't really recommend driving but if you do, there are a couple of parking structures nearby. Seeing that they were on the Michelin bib gourmand list was enough to get me hyped through the roof. The line out the door to be seated at 9:30PM should have told me how good these tacos would be. Every hotel staff member recommended this restaurant so you already know we had to try it out. The first time we tried to find this place, we ended up getting lost and going to a different restaurant. That place was so mid compared to the flavor here. Although, the nearby "TACOS DE CABEZA DE RES" sidewalk shop might beat this out on the flavor. First of all, the tacos are essentially $1.50USD each which is really good compared to the prices we pay here in the United States. The quantity of meat they pack the tacos with is unheard of here in the states. Expect to walk out of here for about $10USD a person. The tacos are heavy and a really good value for the price. Value for the price is a 11/10. The tortillas are almost sautéed in the meat sauce on the grill that they cook the meat with. They have a nice crispiness to them and you get a hint of the delicious meat juices with every bite. The meat is absolutely fantastic. The pineapple on the al pastor tacos really complemented the saltiness of the meat. The onions and cilantro went well with the flavor of the suadero. The tacos were spectacular. Lick the plate after you finish good. The salsas were spicy but had a nice smokey flavor to them. Flavor overall was a 10/10. Honestly, there is 0 to complain about here. Maybe a couple of the tacos could have been slightly warmer but they were EXTREMELY busy here so I'm guessing the tacos were waiting to be sent out to our table for a minute. Not that the temperature detracted from my eating experience at all. We had to call the server over a couple of times to order more food and get some drinks but they were so busy they barely came. They gave us the wrong order and wouldn't change it for us. There's limited parking so I recommend walking or taking the transit here
