When I unpacked my TV last Sunday, I noticed it didn't have corner protectors, which raised some concerns. But it wasn't until today that I turned on the TV and discovered it had been damaged on one of the corners. I contacted the person in charge, who supposedly has insurance for situations like this. First, they claimed it had been over a week and that my TV was protected with corner guards. This is completely untrue, as I personally unpacked and installed the TV on the wall, and there were no corner protectors whatsoever. When I pointed this out, they changed their story, saying they were confused because they handle thousands of TVs every week, and those usually have protectors. My question is: why didn't mine have them, and why is my TV now damaged? This lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Alex Moving for your moving needs.
