Was referred here from some physical therapy. I saw Jillian and a young lady who she was training…read more (forgot her name. Sorry if you see this!) for several weeks. I have been having neck problems for five or so years. I've seen multiple doctors and had surgery. I wish that my any one of my doctors would put the care and thought into my neck that the two of these young ladies did. Theyasked questions. They listened. They seem concerned. We were always trying new things. Couldn't say enough about them. In a world of absolutely horrible healthcare they were two standouts. You'd be lucky to see them in a world of healthcare professionals who have flat out given up.

I mean the ease with which the process moved, from appt setting, to examination/initial assessment to weekly progress. THIS team is the G.O.A.T. I feel so blessed to have Been treated here, they truly care about EACH PATIENT, which I feel is a rarity. They don't rush, they check in with you constantly during the appt, making sure you're ok. After a year and a half and two major surgeries Jumpstart became my second home (in the best way possible). Everyone is so extremely nice and really treats you as part of their family. They truly care about there patients and want you to get back to your sport and yourself quickly cheering you on every step of the way! Never once was I handed off to an aide I always got direct 1 on 1 treatment. It was not disclosed to me that this would happen. The PTs work on multiple people at once, even after the warm ups. And, they were always writing on the computer instead of watching the patients. There was constant chit chat between the PTs (not patient-related) during the therapy sessions. I think there are other places in the area that are much better.

He did not seem to care about what I was saying. It is hard to describe but he just didn't seem suited for his position. The following visits were for actual treatment conducted by Irina. She was hard to warm up to but ended up being very nice. One thing that did bother me was she was always eating while I was there. I feel it was super unprofessional and unsanitary. The shining star of the office was definitely Eduardo. I really felt he was doing a great job and enjoyed seeing him every time I was there.
