Literally downloaded this app just to warn others about this company. Please do not even try to use this company if you don't want damaged goods. They are so careless and unprofessional it's ridiculous. The movers are payed hourly and they took three hours just to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment. They let me know ahead of time and they surely tooook their time. They had no urgency or drive to carry anything and they took one thing at a time until we confronted them about their work. The biggest upsetting thing about hiring this company is their carelessness and how they handle your furniture. I requested couch covers and to protect my big mirror and they cracked it. Do not expect any care. We called their manager on the phone and they settled with paying for my mirror and an hour off but I later got a text message from one of the movers wanting my damaged furniture. They said that wanted my stuff due to their boss needing my furniture for insurance?!?! We called their boss and to get the story straight and the boss said they never requested the furniture. This was overall an extremely unprofessional experience and shady business. While moving, we let their boss know about the situation and they did not apologize or take any accountability but only was only reactive and said told me "we know you called our boss". Which was unsettling and just in awe of how bad of an experience this was. read more

Absolutely not. Worst moving company I've ever hired. Their rates are on par with most moving companies and the service was ridiculous. They literally dropped containers of breakable items, demonstrated zero ability to put things in a room strategically and lost multiple little items like clamps on lamps. One mover showed up to move me wearing sandals, which is actually an OSHA violation. They didn't even think to remove plastic wrap off items once delivered or think that putting the feet back on a sofa was important. They were sloppy and unprofessional even lacking the right tools necessary to be professional movers. The owner could not even be courteous and call me back. I'll be reporting them to OSHA. I worked with them to move us from Mustang to Norman. I purchased 100 boxes and they delivered them to my front door even before the move. I had them scheduled for 5 hours they were completed in 4. They brought their truck, pads, and moved and wrapped everything. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely use them again for any future moves. The truck was supposed to be here at 9am. When they didn't show I called the company. No answer and the voicemail box was full. I called and texted repeatedly before I finally got a reply. They said their truck broke down and wanted to reschedule. UNACCEPTABLE! I was moving my aging parents to an assisted living place. We need their items there today. I told them that if the truck broke down, why didn't they inform me immediately? I could have hired another company. Now it's 3 1/2 hours later and was told a truck us on the way. If you have a critical move, moving a loved one to assisted living, call someone else. This company's lack of communication and inefficiency made for a terrible experience. read more

They broke my tv. Instead of paying for replacement of an equivalent Tv they want to give me half of replacement cost or bring me some random tv from FB marketplace. Currently in process of taking them to small claims court. They DO NOT have insurance. They are extremely unprofessional. read more

The response by Duran to my previous review is inaccurate, at best. It was not a last minute move, but had been scheduled for several weeks. At the last minute you tried to reschedule us, but the request was out of the question since we were closing on the sale of the home two days later. It would seem we were forgotten about. The move was 5 months ago and the issues remain unresolved. We were never satisfied with any part of the move and never communicated such. It's obvious the damage occurred in route as a result of being packed incorrectly. These items weren't wrapped at all even though we provided blankets that remained unused. I personally supervised the unpacking and can attest items were handled with care. I asked that communications be in writing and that's when Moving Oklahoma forward went silent on us. As pointed out in my previous review, we had a lot of damage to our furniture, one table beyond repair. Duran, please feel free to respond to my email if you'd like to make this right. read more

If I could take more stars I would. Oh my gosh y'all these guys are incredible. We had a 9 am appt with them on a Saturday, the arrived promptly they were courteous, respectful and hard working. The total move took maybe 4 hours from start to finish. We had a 3 bedroom apt with a lot of accumulation of STUFF from 3 years. They were great. I can't say enough about them. The two guys that came to help me got my 1 bedroom apartment done in 36 minutes. It took all day to load it by myself! I was very impressed. They were kind, communicative and helpful. 45 minutes late!!! Lost screw to fridge and hinge and screw to bed. Now can't put furniture together Very very slow (I think they take their time to make money) put stuff in random spots. Washer and dryer completely spaced from one side of the garage to the other. Very very poor service. Wish I could give zero stars. Owner says "he will replace screw for fridge" cool but I can't open my fridge right now & I can't sleep on my bed. Very very frustrating. Don't NOT recommend. Oh also, we are putting our couch together and guess what??? We can't. The screws and hardware are MISSING & nowhere to be found. If you like your things to be lost, then this is the moving service for you. Update: now I discovered my fridge is all scratched up Update 11/17/2021: most stuff is damaged or broken. Please see photos Owner is now not responding to me for a partial refund. I sent invoices for parts needed, no response. Buyer BEWARE. This owner doesn't take accountability for lost or broken items. Owner offered to have to movers come out and figure out what screws. However, they need to be ordered or are discontinued. Also, given the experience I do not want this company handling anymore of my belongings. 11/17/2021 9:00pm: No response in over 9 hours. 11/18/2021: No response from owner. Moving Oklahoma Forward. Let me start by saying I found them on Craigslist so I was a little skeptical, But I was on a budget and after talking to Daran (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly) I was quoted a unbelievable price that I just couldn't afford to say no to. I had a upstairs apartment as well as a storage unit and the upstairs apartment had a really narrow staircase and I have a wide sectional they sent out 2 guys and these guys were nothing short of phenomenal. I'm a real person I leave Yelp reviews all the time good and bad if you're reading this then you are looking to use a company to help move. Let me stop you right here. Make the choice you will not regret it I sure didn't read more

Although they were late, once we got everything coordinated, they were very helpful. They work very quickly and efficiently. They were Mindful and considerate of my new apartments rules about not using the elevator for heavier items. Which meant they had to use the stairs. Four flights of stairs without a complaint. Our time went over the 3-hour that I had phones to pay for and the owner was very understanding and we were able to come to an amicable agreement about the price. I selected this company because they had many good reviews. This is not one of those. Duran was prompt giving us a quote and his team actually showed up a bit early. We had a LOT of stuff to move, but they were in such a hurry that they left a smoker, 2 chairs, a deck box, and a garden storage unit in the back of the house, a hand truck, worktable and tools in the garage and a 10x12 wool area rug upstairs. They would have left a complete room of furniture if I hadn't seen that the door to the room was closed. Upon delivery, I found crushed boxes, scratches on the front of my refrigerator and multiple dents in the lid to my freezer. Haven't completely unpacked, yet, so there may be more damaged items. If you hire this company, be sure you check their work and all of your property before they leave. read more

I used this moving company, I had them move me 0.25 miles, just right around the corner from were I was living. one bed they loat pieces to my son's bed. They lost my couch cushions. they didn't have their own tools, they had to use mine. I reached out to the person that I set up the move with and now doesn't want to replace it. i wouldn't recommend this company. they did not cover or wrap any of my furniture. They didn't want to hook up my washer and dryer. read more

I originally went with this company because it was short notice and the quote was reasonable. Broke, scratched and reassembled furniture wrong. They were in to big of a hurry. scratched door frames and walls. My king size bed is supposed to be immovable once assembled correctly, but now it shakes and the slats are falling through the bottom of the bed. They turned furniture upside down that had drawers full of things. They left scratches on my refrigerator, washer and dryer, dressers and kitchen table. The laborers were polite- except not trained at all on how to load a truck properly and with care. My truck rental was a little larger than the enclosed trailer I rented previously- but I needed a larger truck and they proceeded to cram everything in- breaking items, dropping fragile boxes. They both were in a big hurry- one of them had someplace else to go. It put me in a big bind and was very stressful. When I notified one of the owners, I got no apologies. read more
