She texted me two days before my scheduled cleaning to cancel stating all her cleaners were sick, but she could get me scheduled in another two weeks. Frustrating because it was now gonna be almost a month and so she told me she would call me the next day to further discuss and she never did. I texted her one more time to say I needed to get it scheduled or I'd have to request a refund and so far I have not heard back. Maybe they're a good cleaning service but I wouldn't know very difficult to schedule so I would not recommend.

Before-and-after photos were also supposed to be provided, but only before photos were taken. This was especially frustrating because the after photos would have documented the condition of the home when the cleaner finished and the areas that were left untouched. After I raised my concerns, I was offered a complimentary touch-up with a different cleaner. Unfortunately, the replacement cleaner had to leave early because her boyfriend needed the car, so once again the cleaning was not completed as promised. What disappointed me most was that after all of this, the owner never followed up to see if the issue had actually been resolved. After paying $210 for the original service and giving them another opportunity to correct it, I still did not receive the service I was promised. I really wanted to be able to recommend them, but this was a huge disappointment and ultimately a waste of money. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
