I originally put a project request out on Yelp and got 10 responses from nearby junk removal…read moreservices. I had put 4 photos and listed all the items that needed removal, including a metal shed that needed to be broken down and removed. Rene Beltran from Road Runner Junk Removal responded with the lowest estimate. The other estimates from other companies were outrageous, so I had to go with Road Runner (especially since they already had a higher Yelp star rating than all the others that had responded). Rene and 2 other guys showed up around 1:30pm and finished within 2 hours. I've included 4 "before" pics and 3 "after" pics. $375 was my final total of metal shed (tear down/removal), items inside the shed, about 6-8 fence posts, a pile of cut branches from the nearby tree, and a small dead lemon tree. Rene was courteous and responded to texts. I felt bad that they worked in this Houston heat. But at least my backyard looks so much nicer now. Thanks, Rene! Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too.
