My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. Today we had a wonderful experience with work performed by American Tree Care, LLC. We had a HUGE…read moreshrub job consisting of approximately 25 yards of hedges which required cutting sides and tops cut about 2 feet down. Very tight area next to pool enclosure. In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. I grew up in the backwoods of Maine with a chainsaw in hand by 14yo. but there was work here beyond my 60yo body and 36' ladder. I had a number of tree companies come out...some knowledgeable and expensive and some fly-by-night and expensive. I called ANJ Tree Service and left Adam a VM which he returned within 24 hrs. His price was outstanding to take down a large strangler fig and medium live oak on top of my shed. His crew arrived as promised including his son, and much to my surprise, later his wife Jackie to operate a bobcat skidder to load debris. I was so pleased that within the year I had them return for a 2cd job to take down a full-on dead oak and a dying oak. They ran into a few problems on how to limb the tree down but not for long. Very happy and they were sure to thank me for my military service in the Army. I wish I had taken pictures of their work in process but I leave few reviews and only when well deserved. They don't know it yet but they will be coming back out soon!
