After reaching out, Brian contacted us right away to schedule an estimate. He took the time to carefully explain our options and made sure the oak trees would be trimmed in a way that balanced what we wanted aesthetically with what was best for the trees' continued growth and long-term health. We really appreciated that thoughtful approach. Once we let them know we were ready to move forward, they scheduled us promptly. The owner, Dylan, personally came out along with the project manager, Brandon, which was fantastic. They both took the time to greet me and walk the yard to see if there was anything else they could recommend to support a healthy landscape. At first glance, you might think it's a sales tactic--but their suggestions were genuinely thoughtful and informative. In fact, we were so confident in their expertise that we expanded the scope of the work to rather tall palm tree, some very tropical bird of paradise, removing two smaller trees that didn't make it rogue the cold, and removing very carefully and with precision a small oak in the backyard between the fence and pool/patio enclosure. When the crew arrived, my wife and I literally looked at each other and said, "This is impressive." From the foreman, Dale, to the climber, Tony, and the ground crew--Justin (lead), Myrto, Ceasar, and Curby--everyone did outstanding work. At one point I was talking with one of the crew while giving them some bottled water commenting about how quickly they worked and he said they don't mess around. They were dressed professionally and for safety, worked efficiently, and were extremely kind and respectful whenever I stepped outside to check in or offer water. This operation is truly professional and impressive. The results look fantastic, and we will absolutely use them again. If you're looking for tree trimming, removal, or anything related to tree care and landscape health, I highly recommend giving Tree Doctors of America a call.

She went with them as they were the cheapest quote and seniors are on a budget. Welp... you get what you pay for. I spent half a day cleaning the debris they left in her driveway. I'm not sure how other companies do it but they put a pickup truck in the side front yard to pull whatever they were cutting. Initially Sam told my mother they would fix the ruts left in the yard. Then came the issue of them not being able to remove the trunk because it would mess up the yard even more. He asked if we wanted it left or gone. He said the kids can play in it and I a was like yes that's fine. Just don't cause more damage to the lawn. So he tells his men to continue working. Come out the whole trunk was gone and the lawn was a wreck. When I asked about them telling my mother they would fix it... he says fix what? It's mud! So at this point we have the ruts and compacted lawn from front to back. The neighbors are upset because they came into our lawn through theirs so part of their yard is also damaged. So he comes back the next day, debris pile as tall as the house is still in the whole driveway, and blows leaves into the deep mud ruts as if it was going to fix them. He sends a truck to pick up the debris and it didn't all fit in the yard so he calls me and says he'll be here to finish the next day... so now we're on day 3. So he send another guys with a pickup with the bed the sauce of like a Tacoma. The guy makes two trips and never returns. I asked Sam if it would be clean by end of day and he said yes. Next day comes no one returned. Next day Monday morning I'm outside my mother's house for 4 hours cutting, tying and bagging the debris. I don't want to hear excuses. If my mother would've been alone I don't know what would've happened because she couldn't have done that work herself. My advice... unless you want to finish the work yourself AND have to fix your lawn... don't go with the cheapest estimate! In this case it was this company. See pictures. I gave ample time for results before reviewing. They did the work last Thursday and it's Tuesday.

It was in a precarious position over hanging a small house. Despite the size of the job, I received a very fair quote. When the workmen arrived, everybody knew exactly what to do and what their assignments were, no time wasted.
