I would make sure it was cut in between if I had to do it ,so then I would pay for the first two weeks the last two weeks of the month on first or 2 which I do have the text messages to prove it I that I did not mind waiting until , he said I'm only coming off Brownswitch Road every two weeks and I said fine. He said if knee-high. It cost 65 if it's kneee hi ., I explained it will not be knee hi .and the end result was either you can take the way I cut or (that's it ). I was perfectly willing to wait It he could start a schedule an will not be higher I would cut it ,, I believe when he told me that's it. I said I saw that as an ultimatum I don't like ultimatum I said is this how you talk to someone that's supposed to be a new client, how you talk to a people, tell them do it my way (that's it ), that's not professional then he told me I was just a (pain in the ass). I like to pay as I go, not owe anybody and not them owe me! I know you all can do what you wish to but this man call me a pain in the ass . He did not show up...I texted and called over the next week till no answer. I would have accepted any explanation but to ghost me after hiring him is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I ordered many loads of their top soil and dirt mix on which to plant grass seed, and they dumped loads of what appeared to be material that was excavated from a site where a building was demolished. The loads contained about 60% crushed concrete with dozens of 20, 30, and 40-pound rocks. Also lots of other debris, such as pieces of PVC pipes, sections of steel chains, small scrap metal pieces, broken glass, and wood mixed with about 40% dry fill dirt. After I sent them pictures of what they delivered to me, they apologized and refunded the thousands of dollars I paid. Unfortunately, they refused to remove these piles of rubble from my property, and I was forced to pay a contractor to remove it.
