No repairs, no parts, no camera, nothing--just a basic unclog. When we asked for an itemized bill, they told us they "couldn't do that because big companies like them don't give itemized invoices." That is absolutely unacceptable. Any reputable company can break down charges, and refusing to do so feels intentionally misleading.
