We…read morecalled a few places and almost everyone was backed up about 3 to 4 weeks so imagine our excitement when this place said they could get us in the next week. RED FLAG. The day arrived and a gentleman came to our home to run the air test. "Call me tomorrow and you can pay for and get your results over the phone" Perfect . That is just what I did except I could not get through to the same man who performed the test. But I did get to speak to Susan S. I've met and talked with a lot of contractors, third parties and other sales people in my day but the conversation with this receptionist was a first. Over the course of less than 24 hours I called their office 4 times to try to pay for the testing and get the results and each time Susan was too busy and never gave my messages to the tester. Finally by Friday afternoon ( my last phone call) I asked if it was going to be possible to get the results from my air test that day since I was told the results would be available the next day but it was almost 5 pm. She said no, you are not going to get your results today because you have not paid for your results. To me, however, it felt like I was throwing my credit card information at her and she was too incompetent to know. I demanded to know why the tester was not given my messages and that I had questions that pertained to the test itself and would like to talk with him directly. I could barely get any words across because Susan talked over me the entire time, called me arrogant and then, hung up the phone. As if, not getting the results in a timely fashion was not enough, Susan resorted to name calling. Nothing short of immature unprofessional customer relations, and an unfriendly receptionist who turned this process into one big headache. Although, I have no complaints about the tester there are so many in the business and many companies who can make the process easy and stress- free from beginning to end.
