They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. I was told that if that time doesn't work to leave a voicemail for them the evening before treatment so they receive it before leaving. I returned their call same day, left a voicemail that we would have to wait until the next time they are in our area for our next treatment. I was called by the receptionist the next morning saying they are dropping us as a client with no warning or explanation on how we broke any rules or regulations of the company. Keith was our pest control specialist for ~10 years and always had great interactions. The receptionist wouldn't let me speak with anyone and did not seem to be communicating our conversations accurately or on time, or I can't imagine we would have been dropped.

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.
