I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

It crushed some of my garden there and did surface damage to my wooden fence. My neighbor had told me she was having her tree trimmed but not that they would use my yard. They did not come and tell me they were doing this and I found out as the limbs were crashing down. My neighbor was apologetic but it is this company that is at fault. No one knocked on my door or asked and made a mess of my yard. They cleaned the big limbs up, however they left lots of twigs and debris. As always I got several quotes. One was from Arrow Point Roofing who had done a great job for a family member and they also did a great job on their neighbor's house across the street. After working with Matt Klonowski we came to an agreement on price and the quality of shingle I wanted. Their bid was competitive and it came with a very good shingle and labor warranty. My other bids were stingy on the labor warranty. And here's the best part, they started on a Thursday morning and 3 days later on Saturday they were completely done. I was very happy with the workmanship and their cleanup was excellent! I don't give 5 star reviews easily. This one was easy. Thank you!

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.
