I used to get the head spas every month when they opened for $70. Since the new owners took over they didn't let anyone know the head spa service is no longer available. I called many times to do a price check for the head spa after calling about 5 times (they wouldn't pick up) and someone quoted me $80. I thought that was strange since my last visit was 3 months ago. I tried to make an appointment but no one picked up so I went in person hoping they could take me. Drove 30 mins just to see the new owner have employees and was sitting by the phone but wouldn't pick up. I was told they no longer do head spas. Only body massage and hair cuts. Right after I left I received a promo text message. I won't be back unless the head spa service is back with possibly new management. The head spas were amazing with the old owner.

I came in just now. Asking for Maria to cut my brothers hair. I have been to at least 6 places…read morelooking for a salon. The lady told me Maria was out and would be back tomorrow. I called my mom to let her know I yet had not found someone. My mom said it was late and to just let her cut my brothers hair instead of Maria. I get off the phone and tell the lady that my mom said to just cut it. And she replied with I'm more of a stylist. I don't do cuts for him. So I call my mom and she's told me for the second time to just let her cut it. I get off the phone and let the lady know. By then the lady is mad and tells me she's not. Why? Because I requested someone and because I had to call my mom to ask permission. Excuse me that is outrageous. It's wrong to call my mom to give me consent to get it cut by someone else?!? She then bad mouthed me. I don't think she knows I know how to run a business and that's not it. Corporate will hear about it.
