I was only here to sleep as my flight was cancelled and the airline put me up for the night. I was a bit skeptical by the name but was pleasantly surprised. Super trendy hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but the layout was great and the bed was comfortable. USB ports and plugs by the bed, and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The lobby is insta worthy, with lits of fun nooks. There's what seems like a restaurant/cafe style section, a full bar, and breakfast area. In the morning, breakfast has a variety of hot and cold foods. Coffee machine for hot drinks, and an assort.ent of pastries and baked goods. I spotted a gym by the entrance though I didn't get to see it. They have a 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. Would definitely return.

Moxy London Heathrow Airport had such a smooth check-in process. They also gave us complimentary wellness drinks with gin. It was refreshing because the drinks came with ice inside! They were tasty and refreshing at the same time. The room is a little bit on the small side but it was fine since we were here for just one night and then we will be flying off. Picked this hotel because it is close to Heathrow Airport. There are multiple ways to get here by bus or by a cab. The bathroom is a shower stall, and everything seemed quite clean and modern. This was more for a younger crowd I believe. There is no closet space, just a couple of hangers. Also has a small table so I wouldn't really say this is a hotel room that you will just chill and hang out in. The lobby, though, has a ton of space for you to work and be comfortable. There are good meeting spaces and comfy areas to just chill. One of the huge things though is that the air conditioner is set by the hotel so it doesn't go any lower in the room. It felt so hot inside because the room is small and the air conditioner I believe was set at 74 degrees or so. That part was not comfortable at all!

I stayed at the Moxy Hotel near Heathrow and had a very good experience overall. Check-in was quick and easy, and interestingly, they didn't even ask for a card on file, which was unusual but convenient. I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The hotel didn't seem overly busy, but the lobby was spacious, modern, and clearly designed to handle a good crowd comfortably. I didn't get a chance to try the food, but I did notice they offered coffee machines and a variety of drinks. They even asked if I wanted a welcome drink, which I declined, but it was a nice gesture. Getting to and from the airport was straightforward by taxi ~ about £25 for the ride (or you can take a bus for £6). Since I had an early flight at 6 AM, I pre-booked the hotel's English taxi service the night before for £35. The driver arrived on time and the experience was smooth and reliable. I'd stay here again. The combination of affordability, comfort, and proximity to Heathrow makes it a very practical choice.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Stayed here before I flew back to the states and it's the best option if you want to stay near the airport. They provide a welcome drink, they provide chic decor and is typically lively during the happy hour and night time to where you don't have to leave the hotel.

Awesome place, vibes, perfect to land for a night before an early departure. The bar is fully stocked, the wait staff are friendly and the food is great!

I really enjoyed my stay at the MOXY Hotel. It had this modern vibe that I really liked. I took the Hotel Hoppa to get there from LHR. I had to check in that the front counter as the app would not generate an electronic key card without visiting the front. They upsold me with breakfast although in retrospect, I am not sure if breakfast was really all that. My room was excellent. The only issue I had with it was that the walls are paper thin so I could hear everyone's conversations and door slamming. Other than that, the room was very quaint and relaxing. There was a water station at the lobby which I liked. The best part about the hotel had to be the fact that they offered me a welcome drink! Now that's the way to welcome a guest.

I unwilling was forced to stay at this hotel when American Airlines cancelled our flight and put up more than 200+ guests at this hotel at their cost. That said, I have to say, this hotel did an incredible job given the circumstances. Over 200 of us showed up after 10:00 p.m. tired and hungry. Although it understandably took long to eat, the hotel staff and Mustafa, in particular, did an incredible job accommodating everyone. They provided a free room and dinner for every single guest who had an American Airlines voucher. The rooms were extremely clean, and quite comfortable. My mom being handicap, Mustafa upgraded us to a first floor family room which had two separate rooms. It was incredible. They also provided everyone with an incredible buffet style breakfast. The taxi cab they called for me came right on time. After being in the airport for more than 12 hours, I have to say, Mustafa and his staff made this horrible experience a bit easier. Thank you to Mustafa and the entire staff at Moxy London.

The hotel my husband and I normally book for our London trips were booked so we were looking at other options and came across the Moxy near Heathrow. I checked TikTok's online and it looked a lot cooler and a bit more modern and funny enough was only across the street from where we've previously stayed! If you're okay with staying a little east from central London then the Moxy is perfect, the staff is super friendly and their lobby is really inviting and cool. We arrived in London at 10 am and the team at Moxy already had a room available for us! Check in typically around 3 pm, but we were so grateful to be able to get in earlier. Our room was spacious enough for two, lots of plug ins for our devices and the bathroom was nice, they do not offer bars of soap so make sure to pack your own, but they do have pumps for body wash. No fear, there is a Tesco Express near by. Also, Bryan and I took advantage of the gym, we only used it once for our short stay but did the job. We even had breakfast after our workout, it's typically 12-15 gbp per person but the food is really tasty and worth the cost! My only issue is that it was limited ways to cool the room down, I run really warm so I found it difficult to keep cool but overall would stay here again, we stayed here a week after our original check out!

Good airport hotel. The rooms are small, but adequate for an airport stay. The lobby is vibrant, and has activities for kids. The bar is open 24 hours. There is a small convenience store next door.

Had a nice stay at the Moxy for an overnight layover. Fairly close to the airport but had to take a public bus. The Moxy has a system to book an Uber once you are there so that was helpful for the next morning when we were leaving! The rooms are small but totally fine for a simple night stay. The ambiance is lively and fun! The bar is open all night as it is also the check-in. The staff was kind too. My only turnoff was that everything was a charge, even for guest i.e. using the pool table, breakfast.

Got a night's stay courtesy of American Airlines due to delayed flight. The reception desk is located at the bar, and I was offered a cocktail after check in, a gesture very much appreciated after the ordeal of rebooking flight and finding lost luggage. For whatever reason, the first two rooms we were assigned were occupied already, so we had to go back twice to get a different room key! Thankfully we used up our bad luck by then and the rest of the stay was pleasant. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable and equipped with USB port and outlet by the bed. There's a Tesco Express right next door so we filled our remaining luggage space with snacks and drinks as souvenirs. The bus stop is a short walk on the street that links to the underground making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast has a pretty good spread of baked goods, cereal, cold cut and hot plates, along with juices and a Franke coffee machine. Quality of food was just okay, but enough selection to fill you up for the day.

First, I want to start out by saying I LOVE boutique hotels. I will trade larger rooms and a spa for a happening bar in eccentricly decorated hotel. I expect in that trade off that housecleaning may be slow and what you lose in space is generally made up for with great linens. The Moxy is either going to overcome its defects and become a successful hotel or simply languish and enjoy mediocre success because it is close to the airport. At first first impression its neon reception sign located at the hotel bar (yes as everyone points out you check into your room at the bar) makes you feel like you are a trendy, happening spot. The modern  decor gives ode to British history. They have a Mini Cooper inside the bar next to the pool tables where you can find a chalk Beatles sign. Despite the gameroom and great location the bar never got busier on this Friday night than a few hotel guests. The rooms are small and HOT. The AC is set at 27 Celsius (about 80 Farenhite) and while the thermostat teases of room tempurature control, really you have none. I had to get a little "Karen" just to have them turn it down half a degree. The staff never answers the phone. They seem very busy but no one seems to actually be able to help you with anything. The food at the bar is actually why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. Chicken sandwich is spicy and perfectly cooked. The breakfast pizza was pretty tasty. The linens are okay, room very small. By all accounts room was clean.

I absolutely loved this hotel, I ended up leaving Heathrow going back and staying in the same place. They have the most incredible staff, and a full bar just right downstairs. You can get food, you can get drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern, the aesthetic is very pleasing. There are Transportation buses right outside, it's not too far from the airport. The strip that it's on has lots to do which is within walking distance. It'll be an experience I won't forget

Easy to find as the signs in the Queen's terminal are large and everywhere (good job sign posting, unlike terminal 5). The rooms are a bit dated and not laid out intuitively. The safe is in the night stand and when open it bumps against the bed. The faucet in the bathroom sink has little clearance from the basin and thus water gets everywhere when washing your hand/face. The shower head sprays water and with a glass wall (vs shower curtain) gets outside the tub and the tile gets wet. These little design wonkiness is what makes it a 4 (vs 5). Overall, we had a solid stay there. The room was the sofa and king-sized bed was lovely. We had plenty of space for our luggage. The closet space was good. The bathroom had enough space to move about and go between the sinks and shower, which had ample water pressure. The one drawback was the lack of outlets by the night tables as well as usb outlets. You had to leverage the one spot on the desk that had them. Also the lamps were not the easiest to use and gave my wife some frustration. The concierge was decent outside of not being the helpful regarding gluten-free options that were available. We figured it out but that was a bit of a challenge. The restaurants in the hotel were decent although the 1970s sports bar theme that looked straight out of Smokey and the Bandit was cringe. The food was ok. I preferred the breakfast spot that has plump sausages as that was good. We were able to take advantage of the Club Lounge while we were there. While the accommodations between the comfortable seating and buffet style options were nice (paneer, beef casserole, nachos), I found the staff hovered a bit too much around the room, so it was a little challenging to relax as much as we would prefer. Still, it is a solid stay if you need something that is close to the airport for the night.

The buffet breakfast is okay to good, not the best I've seen in London but better than you would get at a typical US Doubletree. And the restaurant was clean, the tables being cleared frequently. On the downside, the air-conditioning in my room had little effect and since it was south facing, the room was uncomfortably warm. The toilet struggled to flush and the shower pressure is definitely low by American standards, and frankly low by modern UK hotel standards, but just about adequate. Convenient to the hotel is a Tesco express supermarket located just across the street. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have fridges, which would've been very useful as I really needed a cold drink to compensate for the lack of air-conditioning! That said, I was able to stay for £91 including breakfast, which is definitely fair value for what I received. During our stay, they didn't stock bar soap for the body, only facial soap. I took it as the owners being cheap and just ordering one kind of soap for their guests. They'll give you ONE cookie upon check in. (Hello, there are two of us?) I guess I'm just used to Doubletrees in California where they'll give you two every time you ask! Okay, that's fine. We don't need to eat too many cookies anyways. :P Rooms are small but that's probably a European thing. Us Americans can be spoiled with big rooms in the US. My husband's Hilton Honors status got us free breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast was good but the dining area and the lack of bussing tables was appalling. Of the 2-3 days we had breakfast, there was always about 10 tables filled with dirty dishes. The three employees we saw working just didn't seem to care. I think part of the problem is they try to clear a table and carry as many dishes as they can with their two hands. Don't they have some kind of plastic container or cart to help them clear tables like we see in other establishments? The lack of bussing tables in this dining room was totally unprofessional. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Close to the Heathrow Airport. There's a bus stop a few steps outside that will take you to the Underground (subway) system to get on the Picadilly line. There's a Domino's and a Kebab restaurant nearby. Our favorite was the Tesco Express supermarket across the street. Such a cute grocery store to stock up. Great prices too. Meh.
