The doctor confronted me about being "late" when I was on time and signed in on time - the staff had not processed my arrival and missed my sign in. No apologies and it felt like there was tension there. After Dr Maggin retired it became harder to get an appointment. It became nearly impossible after Dr Margolis retired. My last visit I felt like it was a different place. For a while there were only female doctors and PAs. It feels like a different place with everything being rushed with no care. I went elsewhere.

They fill up quick and you will need to wait for an abulance transport if you require overnight care. I had to wait approximately two hours before anyone saw me and they almost sent me on my way without cleaning and wrapping my wound. Had I not requested it they wouldn't have done anything but look at it. I hope they improve I'm not sure if it's a learning facility but they could sure learn to do the bare minimum.

My issue is that calling the office is very difficult. There is an individual who I've had the unpleasant experience of speaking with each time I call. He's unkind without cause. I give the benefit of the doubt to anyone for one or two bad experiences but each time I call, I have to get past a very mean office representative just to get an appointment with my doctor. I find him to be extremely unprofessional and it's an awful representation of the practice as a whole. I wish Padder Health all the best but I'm beginning a search for a new practitioner that offers better service than this. Dr. Chang and Dr. Vellanki are both wonderful physicians. Thanks to both of them for their contributions to my care during my time as a patient. And thanks to the amazing staffers in the office who do a phenomenal job taking care of patients. I wish I had a name of the customer service rep who ruins the impression of this office for anyone who should dare call, but I wish him the very best as well, including growth as a care provider with a higher sense of maturity.

Each visit was ~$350 out-of-pocket, for little more than a short chat about water pills. No progress, no meaningful care plan, no adjustments. When we couldn't cover another round of high bills, their management called--not to help, but to shame us. They said it was "unfair" of us to be sick and unable to pay, and even implied we were "taking care away from other patients." We offered a payment plan. They refused. Flat out. So: expensive, repetitive, low-value appointments, followed by a cold and disrespectful collections call when we asked for flexibility. If you or a loved one need cardiology in Annapolis, go to Luminis Health Cardiology at Belcher Pavilion instead. They actually have infrastructure and compassion for seniors.
