The doctor confronted me about being "late" when I was on time and signed in on time - the staff had not processed my arrival and missed my sign in. No apologies and it felt like there was tension there. After Dr Maggin retired it became harder to get an appointment. It became nearly impossible after Dr Margolis retired. My last visit I felt like it was a different place. For a while there were only female doctors and PAs. It feels like a different place with everything being rushed with no care. I went elsewhere.

But unfortunately my mother continued to go to them and now she is/has been hospitalized because of there malpractice. She saw Dr. Moy once for a injury on her leg and the Doc said its just bruising not to worry about it. As it turned out not bruising but a big infection which ended in a emergency room surgery and a week in the hospital. Faster forward about a year my mom hit the back of her leg (same leg) with a car door and she has tells me a few days later when I see its red swollen and it tender to touch. So she goes to the doctor and see Dr. Tadikonda who I can only guess doesn't look at medical records and says it's only bruising, go home and keep it up. And what happens!?! She end up in the hospital with a infection. Thankfully she didn't wait as long to go as she did last time so no surgery is needed. But this practice is incompetent should have there malpractice insurance paid up.

I had to wait approximately two hours before anyone saw me and they almost sent me on my way without cleaning and wrapping my wound. Had I not requested it they wouldn't have done anything but look at it. I hope they improve I'm not sure if it's a learning facility but they could sure learn to do the bare minimum.
