Man shows up, saying "I'm the owner, give us your phone and we'll call you if we have the copy". Doesn't ask my name, what is it for, nothing. We politely explained this has been asked before, and we would like to know if it's going to happen. It's important for a city permit. Man gets upset and kicks us out. I'm not making this up: he got to the front door, opened it, and said: here, leave. He started yelling about an appointment and rambling about getting things for free. Stay away from this business. The most unprofessional and rude business owner I've seen in my life.
