I also expected the correction to include a finished style or blow dry, especially because I had an event afterward, but my hair was left puffy and not fully styled. I also want to be honest that I felt uncomfortable with the situation around my Yelp review. During the appointment, I felt pushed to delete my review, and the interaction felt overwhelming. I understand the salon cares about its reputation, but I believe customers should be able to share honest experiences and decide for themselves if they want to update or remove a review. I appreciate the attempt to make things right, but overall this was still a stressful experience for me. I genuinely wish I could leave three stars because I appreciate that an effort was made to correct my haircut. Unfortunately, the correction felt more like trying to minimize the original mistake than truly making things right, so I don't feel comfortable rating the experience any higher.
