Yeah I think everyone commenting how good they do there service are bots getting paid to comment. I was expecting way more than whatever I got very mediocre. I got a wash and blowout they didn't put no elbow grease in washing my hair no conditioner as well. She didn't even comb my hair before the blow dry not to mention she burned my fucking neck as soon as she started. Really disappointed with my experience after seeing so many good reviews/great pictures on social media of the blowouts here. No heat protectant was put on my hair whatsoever and my ends were left crunchy, dry, and frizzy. I am due for a haircut soon but my ends were absolutely not this fried when I arrived. I was never asked what I wanted as far as styling beyond that I wanted the bouncy blowout. I arrived with my bangs clearly down and styled, but they were completely ignored. He just tried to smooth my bangs into the rest of my hair at the last second as a last resort leaving my hair very strangely parted and my cowlick just dangling there. I was at such a loss for words I just paid and left because I was on the verge of tears looking at the top of my head and my ends. The people were very nice I just couldn't believe they let me leave looking like that. I should have said something but I was just so confused and at a loss. Definitely don't come here if you have any sort of bangs or cowlicks of any kind and if you do please request they put heat protectant on your hair To update based off of the owner's reply: 1. I did leave through the back door as recommended, so my hair never came in contact with any moisture. I walked out through the back into the parking structure area. The photos I took are on the drive home and my hair had come into zero contact with any sort of water or moisture. 2. The condition of my ends is in no way just frizz from moisture in the air. I've since then washed and styled my hair multiple times and my ends are completely fried, which is not the condition my hair was in before the blowout. My ends were soft and relatively healthy. 3. As far as leaving without saying anything, that IS my fault. I'm generally too shy to say anything or express concerns after receiving a service. But even a restyle would not have saved the damage to my hair. However, my plan WAS to communicate how I wanted my hair to be styled. I even had reference images ready to show my bangs. Not only was I never asked how I would like my hair to be styled other than the original question (straight blowout or bouncy blowout), not a single word was spoken to me during the service and the person blowing out my hair had their headphones in and was talking on the phone with someone. That's not exactly a situation where I'm comfortable expressing how I would like my hair done. I was sat in the chair and my blowout began immediately as my stylist had headphones in and was on a call with someone, with no opportunity to express how I would like it styled. Overall, I'm willing to admit that I should've asked for a restyle on my bangs/front area. That is my fault for being too shy to say anything and just pretending that I loved it and that everything was fine. But I DID leave through the back door as recommended, my ends are fried (not just frizzy from moisture), and the behavior of the stylist (no questions asked, silence, headphones in, and on a phone call) didn't make me feel comfortable to express how I wanted my hair styled in the first place. I'm not expecting any refund as I know the no refunds policy and I'm aware that I could've and should've said something at least about the bangs. But to act as if I didn't listen to your advice when someone LITERALLY let myself and my partner out of the back door straight to the parking structure and that the damage to my hair is just frizz is really upsetting. read more

I got a haircut here recently. Everything was super great. The stylist was super sweet but and after washing it at home, I realized it was really uneven. I reached out to the salon and they offered me a blowout or a fix with another stylist. And also given 5 days to figure out what I wanted to do with my decision but as a hairstylist myself, I know a blowout can easily hide a bad cut. It felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially after paying $120. If I weren't in the industry, I can only imagine how upsetting this would be for another client. I didn't feel comfortable returning and hope they handle situations like this better in the future. read more

So I'm very about atmosphere especially when it comes to getting beauty services done. This salon is very beautiful but the owner sits in front of the salon chain smoking daily! Getting your hair done while he smokes at his car or at his little table in the front with the smoke wafting in and getting on your freshly done hair isn't an ideal experience. Even though I live walking distance, I am now going out of the way to drive to a different salon and I know many people are choosing to do as well. Cigarettes and beauty services don't mix. Margarita is AMAZING. I went to her a couple months ago for color when my stylist cancelled on me... as I was walking into the salon...30 miles from home. But Margarita had an opening and as soon as I sat in the chair I knew she was going to be amazing. She whipped up the exactly perfect color for me based on my reference photo. She was quick and thorough, and she made sure I was all cleaned up with no hair dye on me anywhere but where it's supposed to be! I wasn't given a mirror to look at my hair at the end of my service when I got home I kept looking at every mirror in my house. When I washed it I was horrified, I was able to see how poorly that haircut was done. The stylist was nice but clearly their work is anything but professional. I had very long hair prior to going in and will be going else where for it to be corrected. The intent of this review is that take a very close look and ask for a mirror prior to leaving this salon. read more

I came in with naturally very dark brown hair hair with the bottom half black box dyed and I requested all over copper color ( I already knew this was a lot to request and the chances of it coming out good were slim). I didnt think they could pull it off but Artur is so talented. I can tell he took his extra time and was very observant with how my hair was taking the treatments the entire 3 hours All the while the customer service was amazing with him and the front desk ladies. I was so stressed that I'd have fire roots or have my hair fall out the whole time lol. But they really proved me wrong. I'm so in love with my results! I called in last minute for a same day makeup and hair styling appointment for a holiday party and they were thankfully able to take me no problem.
